Maw of the Ghouls

Pilot

It has been 1 week since the Outbreak came to Far Water, New Jersey. When the Outbreak began the town of 6,000 has now dropped to 100 survivors. Sadly for most of these survivors less than 20 will survive when the Red Night comes. These are their stories.

Ruby Rose-

"Hey, it's me again. Things got interesting today. Me and the girls went to the Docks to fine some supplies we could use, good news we have enough food and diapers to last us a month... And an extra mouth to feed. Things got bad when we left the docks, Weiss knocked over some barrels and caused everyone but Blake to fight our way out, can't blame her, rules are rules.

But things got bad really quick, one of the Ghouls was able to jump Yang. Weiss tried to help but she isn't good with swinging a metal pipe. We got lucky when this frail looking girl showed up and started stabbing the Ghoul in the neck until its head was removed from its spine.. Bog, glad that they don't spread through blood.

I shot the last one in the mid spine, Podonok will be crawling until he finally bleeds out. When we got back home Blake was surprised that we brought an extra member but was quick to have her stay with us. The girl's name is Cinder, and I'm going to talk to her later when things calm down. And when Yang and Weiss start Chertovski."

Jack-

"So I'm in serious pain right now. Currently in the Nurse's office while a pretty blonde is taking care of me. But seriously things could have gone better, I had just come back on my run for supplies when Merida and Toothless came running with some Ghouls behind them. After throwing the supplies over the fence I ran to help... Paying for that now.

Turns out while Merida is a good shot she wasn't having a good day as she may have made three out eight of her shots with one of the missing being the back of my left shin... Damn that hurt."

"You okay?!" A child's voice is heard in the background.

"He'll be fine, he just needs to rest." Can from a young woman.

"Anyways, thanks to kiddo here, I might have made it. But either way we got lucky today...

Though something was off about one of them, according from Anna it didn't see us come in when it made it around the corner to the door we came in but saw her. After seeing her on the roof it just left...

I don't know what made these Ghouls, but if they know that going after someone on the roof isn't worth it then these things aren't as mindless as we gave them credit for, and that's the scary thing."

Charlie Emily-

Music can be heard in the background. "Well today is just another day in the apocalypse, keeping my friends safe in the Security Office of this Pizza Arcade while picking off the Ghouls. Honestly it's not too bad, the Ghouls don't seem to notice me or even acknowledge me as living. Ha, what a hellish place this came to be. Besides hearing Izzy's annoyance of being placed in a metal creature to move around..." Sound of something wet beginning to chew can be heard.

"Though Jeremy did mention seeing two individuals going to Butcher Way. Don't know if they're family or friends to those people but I'm not going to check as there is a horde between us and them." The sound returns before she continues.

"I had to leave again to find another rat to eat. Once I'm done I'm going to see if I can finally clear these Ghouls out. Charlie out."
