(The picture is of how I imagine Edelyn would look like.)

I walk down the bustling street of New York with my brief case tightly held in my grip. I review in my head what I am going to say at the meting today. We have a big meting with Star co. there the second leading company in right after us. If they agree to our deal we'll be making billions more then what we produce usually and this will let us expand our business to new heights. Plus our collaboration gives access to millions and millions of there patents. Meaning that we will be able to bring our products to even better quality. They don't know about the hole patent thing but it's o the contract even though it's not that noticeable it's still there. We may be cheating them out, but hey you've to do what you have to do to survive these day's.

I hail a cab over seeing that I will not be able to make to our head quarters in time if I just walk. I rearrange my grip on my brief case and wait patiently for the cab to pull over. Once it arrives I give the address to the driver and continue my short yet passionate speech inside my head. If I am correct this is going to be a piece of cake with frosting in top. Let's face it Star co. does manage to generate millions of dollars but there representatives are old Chinese men. Not that I have anything against Chinese people,   but these ones are dumber then bricks. Which makes it easy for me t make them agree. I rest my head against the window and watch all  the tall buildings go bye. Half way threw the trip I allow my eyes to slid shut and give my self a few moments of sleep before I start my very stressful day. Slowly I lose my grip to consciousness and fall into sleep losing hold of my brief case.

"Uhh Miss... we've arrived at your destination. " I open my eyes and see the old cabbie looking at me a little perplexed. I straighten out my dress suit and fix my hair that has been mused up oh so slightly from there original placement. I grab the brief case that has fallen to the floor and place it neatly on my lap. "Thank-you, what is the total?" He turns around facing the front and looks at the screen which is placed under his radio announcing the total millage and the total price. "That will be 75.46$." I nod my head and open m brief case removing from its inside my black leather wallet. I take out four crisp twenty dollar bills and place them into his hand. "Keep the change." I tell him before he can produce the change. I unbuckle my seat belt and step out the cab closing the door behind me.  I set foot on the immense gravel drive way leading to the front door of our head quarters. I take in all the greenery which calms my nerves.

The walk up to the porch relaxes me more then a hot bubble bath would. I take in a deep breath and take a second to recollect my self from the little snooze I toke in the cab and place my mind into business mode. I swing open the door and stride into the building. I look around and see everyone heading to there posts to work on the project I have assigned to them. I walk towards the front desk to see my secretary. She looks up from her computer screen and smiles enthusiastically at me. "Hello Miss. Berth, you have fifteen new voice mails and a certain Mister. Galvonsky want's to arrange a meeting with. He say's its of urgent matters." I nod my head processing the information. " Elisabeth sort through the voice mails and categorize them with which one I should look into and the ones that are plain useless." She nods her head enthusiastically and starts her task right away. I wonder how ever she can be so preppy this early in the morning.

Seeing as how I still have a good half hour before my conference starts up I decide to stop by the Starbucks located in our head quarters. I wait in line behind all the other business men and women. Finally when I arrive at the end of the line I order my usual and scan my employ card. The barista gives me a number, I find an open table and take a seat placing my brief case upon the cool surface of the table. I take in a deep breath and look up at the glass sealing. The sun filers through and casts its warm glow upon the marble floor creating a warm environment which seems to boost my mood. I breath in once more the aroma of the different flowers planted around in some of the most randome spots.

When my number is called up I walk towards the counter and grab my beverage. I return to my seat and check what time it is on my silver Rolex. I still have about twenty five minutes to kill before I have to be in the board room. I open my brief case and remove my new novel and start immersing my self into the world of Jane Eyre. Lost in it's fictional world I lose track of time. When I check my watch again I surprise myself and see that I only have five minutes to get to the top floor to get to the board room. I hurriedly pack my book back into its original placing and rush to towards the stairs seeing as the elevator will take more time due to all the people going to different floors and that my destination is at the vey top of the building.

I throw my empty cup into the nearest trash can and make my way as fast as I can to the stairs. I push open the heavy metal door and start my long up the thirty-five flights of stairs. I open the door to the thirty fifth floor and walk down the carpeted hall, which muffles the sounds of my heals hitting the ground. We really should change the wall colure the white marble walls clash to much with the auburn carpet. It cerate's quite the eye sore. I presume I should add this to the very long ist of things to do right after I am done my meting.

I open the oak door leading into the boardroom. I give apologetic smiles to all the people in the boardroom and take my seat at the end of the long oak table. I open my brief case and take out the pages and documents I made for this very meeting. I give them to my assistant to pass whilst I plug in my USB to the computer to start the slid show. I get up and place my chair back into its original spot, and wait until everyone's attention is on me.

"Hello, representatives of Star Co." I click the button on my remote opening the first slid of my presentation, which shows the quote I am about to tell them. "In your company biography you state that what you do in the long run is not to gain money but to help others. Your goal of helping people  is almost complete." I leave them hanging on the happy note whilst I change the slide showing the one flaw to there product. " But to reach and finish that goal you must over come the one road block you have." I add as much passion as I can to my voice to see that I relate to them and that I understand. Which will make them trust me more and want to accept. "What you need to over come that road block,  we have it here at Zooning Co. . So if we team up we will be able to overcome the road block. Together." I look around at the people sitting at the mahogany table. There facial feature are looking inspired and excited. Indicating that they will most likely agree to my up coming offer.  "We have what you need, but it is under a patent. Which prevents you to access it or use it.  So to wrap this up if you sign our contract you will have access to the programme and patents you need to complete your goal." I stop and look at them once more making eye contact with all of them which helps them make a connection to me. "Now in your piles of note and documents you will see a copy of the contract for you to exam and the patents that will be available for you to use. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask me. I will be circulating the room so I may not be in my spot."

I go back to my chair and gently sit down. I breath out a breath of relief glad that it finally is all over. Well more or less. The talking part is over now all is left is for them to ask all there little stupide questions. There questions honestly are very stupide there all questions like: "Can I get this printed in colure?" "Is this table made of real or fake wood?" "Why is this pen blue?" and so on. At the end of all there questions they finally sign the contract and leave the boardroom accompanied by one of the security guards. Not that I threw them out, I wish I did, but more for the reason of which they don't get lost it happened once. As I said before there not the brightest people in the world.
