The starry night sky covers the coastal town where the mission is about to take place. Aiden, the sniper, stands on top of an abandoned building, his position meticulously chosen to get the best view of the seaside mansion where the corrupt businessman resides. He is dressed head to toe in black, camouflaged in his strategic position, a shadow in the night.

The target is a high-ranking businessman who leads a criminal network, involved in arms and drug trafficking. The target's mansion is well protected, surrounded by armed private guards and advanced security systems. Aiden has to wait for the perfect moment, the moment when the corrupt businessman will be vulnerable and isolated from the other guests at a lavish party taking place at the mansion. Meanwhile, Burok, the master of disguise and infiltration, is dressed as a member of the cleaning staff. He carries a briefcase full of surveillance equipment and hidden cameras. He aims to infiltrate the mansion and collect concrete evidence of the target's illegal activities, which will be crucial for the subsequent dismantling of the criminal organization.

Aiden, with his high-precision sniper, is attentive to every movement in the mansion. He monitors the target, watching him interact with the guests and trying to determine when the right moment for the fatal shot will present itself. Meanwhile, Burok sneaks into the mansion, going unnoticed as a member of the cleaning staff. He moves through the corridors and rooms, acting with discretion and efficiency. As he cleans the rooms, he installs listening devices and hidden cameras in strategic locations, gathering vital information that will prove the target's guilt.

The tension at the top of the building builds as Aiden watches the target move away from the crowd and towards a secluded spot in the mansion's garden. He adjusts the focus of his sniper, his hands steady and his eyes fixed on the target. It's the critical moment he's been patiently waiting for.

At the mansion, Burok gathers compromising financial records, documents of illegal transactions, and recordings of incriminating conversations. He acts quickly and effectively, knowing that every second counts.

Finally, Aiden takes a deep breath and pulls the trigger on his sniper rifle. The shot is accurate, hitting the corrupt businessman squarely. The target falls silently, and confusion ensues among the party guests at the mansion.

Burok, seeing the opportunity, takes advantage of the distraction caused by the gunshot and escapes from the mansion with all the evidence he has gathered. While the guests and guards are busy trying to figure out what happened, Aiden collects his sniper and disappears into the darkness of the night. The mission is a complete success. Burok finds Aiden in a state of deep anxiety, realizing the agony that afflicts him. Carefully, he approaches the hitman and casts him a stern look.

Burok: Aiden, what you did... was a message to the world. It's a warning to all the corrupt and criminals who think they can escape justice.

Aiden, still shaken by the sight of the girl mourning her father's death, looks at Burok with eyes full of internal conflict. He can't help but feel the weight of his guilt, but at the same time, he questions whether what he's doing is justice or revenge.

Burok: We can't save everyone, Aiden. Sometimes the truth is harsh and unforgiving. The girl will have to face the reality of who her father was.

The memories of his traumatic childhood, the image of the girl crying and the harshness of Burok's words weigh heavily on him.

She apologizes again, in a kind and polite tone of voice, before heading for the front door, ready to leave. Aiden watches the young woman leave his house, still feeling the effects of the night before and the tumultuous thoughts that haunt him. The brief encounter with the stranger is a break in the storm of his emotions.

Aiden closes the door to his house, leaving behind the brief encounter with the young woman. He knows he must move on, returning to his daily routine, which serves as a mask for his true identity as a hitman. After an invigorating shower and the choice of a simple, elegant outfit, Aiden prepares to go to work at his cover job as a high school teacher. He is meticulous about keeping his double life separate, constructing a seemingly normal existence that hides the darkness of his nocturnal activities. In the kitchen, while waiting for his coffee, Aiden turns on the television to keep abreast of the day's news. However, the sight of the news of the previous night's crime, the businessman killed in his mansion, and his 12-year-old daughter finding the body, hits him like a punch in the stomach.

Aiden immediately turns off the television, his mind in turmoil. He feels anguished, tormented by the disturbing coincidence of having witnessed that event, and by the guilt that consumes him. He knows that the girl who found his father's body now shares a similar sadness to his traumatic childhood. As he sips his coffee, Aiden reflects on the complexities of his double life, the lives he affects, and the scars he carries.
