Author's POV
As everyone settled on dining table and started eating but how can they eat peacefully after what aanya has said to her bua-in-law.
"Riaan apni biwi ko sikhao ki bado se kaise baat krni hoti hai" bua said giving dead glares to Aanya who's focus was on her food and hearing her everyone's attention went to bua as only the female were present their when it all happened.

Aanya just rolled her eyes knowing beforehand that she's gonna make a big deal about it. She was going to say something when someone interrupted her.
" I don't have to teach anything to my wife, she's pretty much capable of knowing what she's saying or doing." Riaan said directly staring at his bua knowing well that she must have provoked Aanya first.
"Aaye hue do din nhi ha aur kaise mere Shareef bachhe ko apne jaal mei ghasa rhi hai." bua said glaring at Aanya, Riaan has always been the silent one, who never talked back with anyone but it doesn't mean he'll never, especially when it's about his wife. Before he used to think to not interfere with anyone but when it's about his biwi he'll always come in middle of her and the problem to always protect her.
"Bua I am sorry if I said something which hurted you." She said with a blank face looking least bit sorry, she just don't want any arguments in morning and ruin everyone's mood.
Aanya was some what feeling happy as he took her side, but somewhere she was also feeling guilty thinking now because of her his bua and he argued over. She can feel him being angry and it was somehow bothering her guilt or whatever but she's not liking it.
After breakfast everyone left for ther respective work ana even aanya and riyaan left to take their things from room.
Reaching room Riaan started getting ready for hospital.
"I'm sorry" aanya said looking down. she never uttered sorry to anyone other than her brother or parents but that too she can count how many times as she have this rule of her 'dont do any mistakes for which you have to be sorry about' and always follow it.
Riaan's movement halted for a second but he composed himself and looked behind him to see her still their wherehe left her, walking closer to her he asked, "what you're sorry about?" He was confused as why she's saying sorry.
"Because of me you fought with your bua and because of me you are angry " she said still looking down. He smilled at bit and came closer to her, he put his index finger on her chin and made her look at him, for a second their eyes met but she quickly looked somewhere else.
Aanya can't understand what's happening with her, the girl who used to make everyone nerves with her gaze is feeling nerves, can't maintain proper eye contact with her own husband.
"Eyes on me darling." Riaan said in his husky voice and suddenly she felt hot, is it her ears playing jokes on her or his voice gotten 10x more hotter.
She looked at him and felt hot, his gaze do something to her, it doesn't make her feel uncomfortable instead it makes her feel naked, like he can see inside her, like he want to know everything about her or he already do.
" Why you said sorry?" He asked again in his husky yet slow voice. She couldn't control herself around him.
"Woh.. because of me you and bua argued." She said slowly in a small meek voice, the girl who used to silence whole court with her stern voice is talking slowly....kya kya dekhna pad rha haii.... Her subconscious mocked her.
"Listen to me very carefully, neeche jo bhi hua usmei aapki kuch bhi galti nhi hai aur woh humari bua hai humei pata hai woh kaisi hai." He said maintaining eye contact with her and convincing her through his eyes that whatever he's saying is truth.
All she can do is nod and he smiled looking at her nervous self, he patted her head and made some distance between them.
"Take your bag, I'll drop you off to your firm." He said and went to take his bag which consist of laptop, some thesis book and few files of patient that he brought to read.
Aanya took her mini purse and came towards Riaan nodding her head indicating she's ready to go. He just looked at her questioning-ly, she raised her eye brows in question, he moved his eyeballs towards her purse and looked at her questioning-ly again. She signed knowing what he's trying to say.
"My laptop and everything is already in my cabin." She said and he nooded his head and they left their room.
While reaching living area, she saw his parents their and they go near them. Aanya wanted to apologise to them too but before she can say something, Isha beat her to it and said "please beta don't think much about bua Ji's word, it's her habit of saying things like this." She said in a pleading tone, hopeing aanya will understand.
Aanya shook her head and said "nhi aunty ji, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have talked with her in this manner." She feels guilty now, she shouldn't have behaved this way with someone who's elder than her.
Isha just smiled at her and hugged her telling her to take care of herself, while Rishi just patted her head in a loving manner and told her to take care of herself.
"Haan, Sara pyaar usse dedo, Mai toh aapka beta hu hi nhi, mujhe aap logo ne toh mujhe adopt kiya hai na." Riaan said faking anger and pouting.
(Yeah, give her all your love, I'm not your son, you all adopted me.)
His parents made a shocking face and then his mom got sad, his father Rishi said "beta we didn't wanted you to find it like this, but we love you like our own son." Riaan made a fake shocking face and said "I knew it." And started fake crying and saying things like I still love you guys or I'll find my real parents, maybe they'll be richer than you.
His mother Isha slapped his shoulder saying "stop your drama now, drama queen, we don't need to tell you anything or worry about you, you have a wife for that and I trust my daughter Aanya that she'll take great care of my drama queen, right Aanya?" She said last words looking at Aanya and all Aanya can do is nod and hug Isha, whispering 'dont worry I'll take care of him and wouldn't ever make you question your decision.'
Aanya just watched all this happening with a smile on her face loving carefree Riaan, she was childish with her parents because she knew she has to take care of everyone's mood but she always tried to lift her families mood but no one knew what she's going through or how her day was, but looking at careless and free Riaan she felt like, what if he's also like her, hiding his demons so that his family don't worry about him, she promised herself to take care of him and never make him feel lonely.
Soon they left and riaan dropped her at her firm where she works and left for hospital but not before leaving Aanya all shocked by his action.
