Lost in the Woods

"Woah did we actually just go into the mirror?" Stuttered Amber
Colette grabbed Amber by the shoulder and pulled her towards her. She raised her hand and pinched Amber hard on the arm
"Ouch, what the heck was that for!"
"I was just checking to see if you were dreaming"
"Aside from that, where are we?"
"I'm guessing it's a forest"
"So did the mirror just talk?"
"I'm not sure"
"Roy? Are you there?" Where are we?"
Suddenly a wisp of air passed by them. A dark figure began to approach the girls. The face of the figure was revealed. It was a man, with light brown hair and dark hazel eyes
He was thin but tall. His hair covered half of his face.
"Roy?" Questioned Amber
"Are you sure that's him" said Colette as he pointed towards the man.
"O right, I forgot you don't know how I look like but yeah your pretty accurate, I'm Roy." Informed Roy as he stared into Amber's soul reading her thoughts
"I thought Roy was someone who would smile a lot but this entire time he hasn't even grinned."
Roy chuckled to himself as he was able to hear people's thoughts..... He was immortal
The girls starred at him in awe, when they didn't notice a man standing behind them
Roy stared at the man, while the man stared back, and they spoke to each other through their minds
"What are you doing here Danson?"
"Oh you know, checking out your new friends. You haven't made any ever since you girlfriend from 200 years ago was killed by Fang, the Alpha of the werewolf pack, shattered moon."
"Be quiet"
"Oh please, you can't shut me up, I've been talking for 1235 years. 1236 next week.I'm a wild boy"
A slight grin was painted on Danson's face
Roy looked back at the girls who were still staring at him. The entire time, he kept a straight face and the girls were somehow amused by that. The girls looked over to where Roy was looking at and saw Danson. Danson stumbled a little as if he was just awoken from a daydream. He tried to make words up to give a reason to the girls why he was there
" hello ladies, my name is Danson and I'm Roy's uh.... Cousin, yes that's right cousin"
The girls looked back and forth, from Danson to Roy.
"Anyways where are we?" Wondered Colette
"Your on the other side of the mirror." Answered Danson gesturing to the mirror.
"Is this true Roy?" Questioned Amber
"Roy looked into Amber's bright blue eyes and gave her a slight nod
Oh my gosh, I'm so gonna come here everyday!
Danson and Roy looked at each other with serious eyes and spoke through their minds
"Roy, they can't stay here it's too dangerous. They could get attacked by werewolves, especially Fang. If he finds out that she's here then he's gonna find a way to use her against us"
"I know, we have to make sure they don't come back, but you heard what Amber was thinking, she wants to come back"
Roy looked at Amber seriously and walked towards her. He put both of his hands on her shoulder and pushed Amber and Colette into the mirror. On the other side, they flew out of the mirror and landed right into her room. Colette looked at Amber who had eyes filled with tears just awaiting to pour out. Colette went to Amber and gave her a large embrace as she cried her soul out.
"Why would he do this? He seemed so nice when he was talking to us through the mirror." Whimpered Amber as she wiped away the tears from her face.
"You got too attached to him, you thought he liked you but in reality, he didn't have feelings for you at all. I don't think we were suppose to be in there, he wouldn't have pushed us out."
Amber looked deeply into the mirror and saw that the mirror began to flow again. Amber sprinted towards the mirror desperate to find Roy again.
"Amber what are you doing. You've gone mad!
Amber didn't respond to Colette
I'm not giving up, the moment I saw him, I knew that we were meant to be together. It'll just take time.
Amber dived into the mirror giving Colette a quick glimpse before she threw herself into the mirror. Colette jumped up and ran towards the mirror. She knew that it was a bad idea going in but she knew that it would be worse if she let Amber go in by herself. She followed Amber into the mirror. They transported back into the forest, but this time Roy and Danson were now where to be seen.
"Roy?"
"Danson?"
"Amber you can't be so attached to him"
"But we were meant to be together"
"No Amber, he was just another guy you met"
Amber shot Colette a nasty look and turned around walking away from the mirror. Colette ran after Amber.
"Where do you think you are going?"
"I'm exploring"
"If we get too far from the mirror, we could get lost"
"Colette, if you don't feel comfortable exploring the woods then you can go back"
They both kept on walking farther and farther from the mirror, not talking to each other.
