"Nice try, Granger." He mused before holding the bag up, "But you'll have to do much better than that."
She sniffed, her eyes watering. "Ow, my leg... Draco."
His eyes widened and he scrambled off, careful not to jostle her. The bag was discarded to the side, while he glanced at her leg with blatant worry pooling in his eyes. "I'm sorry-I thought I kept my weight off-Are you alright?"
Hermione smirked, flicking her wand towards the bag, and pulling it against her chest again, "Peachy."
Realization dawned on him and Draco brandished his own wand.
"That was dirty, Granger."
Her smirk grew, "Oh well. What are you going to do about it?"
Draco uttered a charm, casting a binding charm to her wrists which held them against the headboard on either side of her, and another to disarm her wand from her. His head tilted with that predatory smirk back on his lips. The subtle hint of desire evident in his stare.
"You're about to find out, you sneaky little otter."
Harsh Negotiations
Hermione gave him a wry look as she struggled against the restraints and even tried to cast a few counter charms.
Nothing worked.
He drew his eyebrows together in mock concern, "Something wrong? You seem a bit tied up about something."
"Ha-Ha." Her voice was deadpanned and flat, "Let me go, Malfoy."
Draco shook his head, smirking. "I won't release the prisoner until we have made the proper negotiations."
"Negotiations?" She repeated with a raised eyebrow, "I don't negotiate with war criminals."
"No, you just want to fuck them." He drawled, a grin forming when her cheeks blushed red, "And by them, I mean exclusively me. I don't share."
She used her foot to kick him, but he then placed a binding charm on those too, and flicked his hand from left to right. Her legs parted and she felt a stir of anticipation inside her. His grin formed when he noted how vulnerable she appeared.
"What are your terms?" Hermione changed the subject, trying not squirm and reveal how aroused she was becoming from his stare alone.
He crossed his arms. The material of his suit strained against his muscles and she had to glance away. This appeared to amuse him as he let out a quiet chuckle.
"You call me by my given name."
"Then you also have to call me Hermione." Her response was automatic.
He shook his head, looking smug. "I don't believe you're in a position to be making any demands, Granger."
She huffed, giving him a brief glare. At least he wasn't looking through the bag which was right next to her. "Fine, Draco."
The blond wizard nodded in approval, undoing one of the binding charms. Her right ankle. "Good girl."
"All the charms." Hermione stated in an icy voice.
He shrugged nonchalantly, "I did say negotiations. Are you losing your touch, Granger?"
That struck a cord with her and he must have seen the fire light in her eyes by the way his grin widened. "You're going to regret this. I'm going to make sure of it."
