--My Past--

'Why do you fail me?!" A huge fist pounded into my face with exceeding rage. 'Forgive me Gannon, The Hero is my brother whether blood or not,' I cried in my young and feeble voice,' I cannot kill my brother!'

'Dark Link, you kill that boy or I kill YOU!' I slunk away with a bloodied face, depressed mind, and sorrowful heart.

My intentions were never evil. The deeds I carried out to save my life, though, were. I killed hundreds of men ages older then me; children younger then me as well. The one I could not bring myself to kill with feeling, though, was my brother. I had always wanted to be like him; couragous eyes shimmering with adventure and hope. But mine were dull with sorrow and death.

Lord Gannon created me; I am a living thing, but more like a "Copy and Paste." A mere, dark, dreaded reflection of the real thing. I was sure Link had a burning desire to kill me for all the attempts i had put in to kill him.

I would be long gone if it weren't for our ability to respawn. Everyone had the ability to up to a certain extent. It mainly depends on your role in society. I have alot because I'm extremely close to Gannondorf and was created by him. You can also obtain and buy extra lives as well for a fancy fee.

I was 13 when it happened. Link came to me in the Shadow Realm with news that I will never forget.

'Great news Dark Link, we can stay togeather in peace!' I looked at him like he had a Decu head,' What are you talking about, Brother?'

'Sir Meta Knight and miss Ybrik, (Kirby's mirrior image), saved some children from Tabuu! They're not much younger then us, the oldest is about to be 12. Her name is Princess Sierra, and for saving her, she and her kid brother Aidan, and cousin Ben, invited everyone in the Smash Bro. Universe to live in her castle above Dream Land!'

My ruby red eyes gaped wide in amazement and glee,' Thats wonderful! When can I move out of this dreaded black void?' Link chuckled,' How are you going to move all of your goods into one room? You have more rupees than anyone I know!'

'You have a point,' I said with a frown.

'How about this: We move a mirror into my room that can connect to a room in the Shadow Realm out of Gannondork-I mean Gannondorf's reach.' I grinned and combed my long, black scene hair to the side which had been messed up by my older brother. 'Deal.'
