Omniscient...

"All rise for Judge Morris in the case of The people vs Jefferson"

Everyone stands then proceeds to sit down

"State the case" the Judge says

The Lawyer speaks for the plaintiff

"Your honor my client was kidnapped for 3 years and raped by the defendent"

"Objection!" The Defendent's lawyer speaks "Your honor the lady has made no solid report stating that"

"Sustained. Now Defendant call your first witness" the judge stated

"Yes your honor, I would like to call my first witness Evelina to the stand"

She was nervous and her palms were shaking.

He hadn't looked up the entire time since he was brought in the court room, but when they called her name that was the first time he had looked up.

His eyes held an emotion she couldn't figure out.

Was he Mad, Sad, Guilty, or he had no remorse or emotion at all. Maybe he was just tricking her again.

Evelina cautiously walked up to the stand. Her nerves on edge and very anxious. She didn't take the anxiety medicine or sleeping pills the hospital had gave her. She was to worried about the trial.

She did the truth bible thing and sat down.

His lawyer walked up to her.

"Evelina what was it that Mr.Jefferson did to you exactly?" his lawyer asked.

She looked over at him quickly and looked back at his lawyer hoping nobody would notice.

"He didn't really do anything, but make me act as his girlfriend and cater to his every need like a servant." she said.

"Did he ever physically hurt you?"

"No he never did" 'Lie!' she thought

"Did he ever sexually assault you?"

"No" 'Lie again' she thought

The lies just kept coming and she couldn't stop them.

She felt a hard stare.
Even though everyone was staring at her this one felt like a pain.

She looked around the room and when she saw who it was it was no surprise.

He had not taken his eyes off of me since he looked up at me.

I felt horrible. This wasn't supposed to happen.

Along the way I had hated him, but something changed and I ended up really falling for him.

It may sound crazy, but it's true.

"Now Evelina what did he make you do exactly"

"Just cook, clean, do chores and act like I was happy around his family".

"Did he ever try to make you please him sexually"

"Objection! she just stated that he didn't sexually assault her"

"Sustained"

"Now Evelina did he ever make you say things"

"What do you mean?"
