Libra and pisces were tired of her getting hurt because they weren't strong enough to protect her so they asked Lucy if she could train yokino in dragon slaying magic she agreed unlike Lucy yokino couldn't keep her spirits so she gave them to Lucy so now yokino is a dragon slayer
