Stanley looked off to the side as they walked on in a uncomfortable silence that bit into their skin. The narrator for example was just walking with a hand on his scarf and Stanley had a glint of concern in his eyes.

Click. They eventually returned home and swung open the door. Expecting to return to anything less the their normal place to live was too much to ask obviously...The place was glitched and lagged, tables (#tablelivesmatter) were flipped additionally chairs were disfigured. The wallpaper was torn, reorganized in a messy scribble and collage.

Mouth slightly agape, Stanley looked around the room with a desperate confusion. He ran up to the kitchen to make sure everything was okay there and it mostly was but the clock was flipped and scrambled on the floor amongst shreds of cupboard wood. This broke his heart to see but his mind couldn't wrap around the fact such damage happened overnight. How..?

"Love, you may want to see this..." The narrator's voice was sound from the main living room.

His rooms were all back to their previous arrangements and organisations that he was used to and familiar with. He gave a hasty kiss on the narrator's cheek and let out a gentle exhalation of relief.

"i can't believe you fixed it so fast..." Stanley murmured gently

"Anything I can do for you,I will" He promised

"I know that but I appreciate it,I really do..I apologise for my awkwardness since we returned home. I just felt something wrong..."

"You don't have to force yourself to say anything,I understand how you could feel that way. Things have been odd recently. Just promise you will trust me."

"I promise,I always have"

A glowing grin covered his face despite the obvious chills that stabbed at their nerves in the soft breeze of the
