Brooklyn's P.O.V.

I'm just sitting in my room when I see Tate walk in. "Hey I heard you listening to music mind I join?."

I honestly don't get why he's trying so hard. I mean I'm so unstable not even my own twin enjoys being around me anymore so I don't get why he wants to.

I look up at him. "Sure." Maybe if I hang with him for a little bit he will go away.

He sits down next to me. "So what's your name? I never quite got it." He exclaims smiling.

Aghhhh! His smile though. Like his smile is the cutest thing I have seen and his dimples send shivers down my spine.

I can tell I'm staring. I quickly look down at my hands and laugh. "Oh right I'm sorry my name is Brooklyn."

"Pretty name for such a pretty girl" he exclaims blushing.

I just smile. "Thanks but why are you so hooked on me talking to you? Trust me I'm not that great I have a lot of problems I'm sure you don't want to deal with."

That's when he scoots closer and wraps his arm around me. "Look Brooklyn I like you, you make me feel alive again and I'll do everything I can just to prove it to you"

Something about him is really addictive I just don't know it is. I was too busy staring at him that I didn't notice that he was running his hand over my cuts.

"What are these from?" His voice quiet but loud enough I could hear him.

I pointed out each one and told him what caused it. "Now you probably think I'm crazy and now your not gonna talk to me again."

He pulls me into a hug. "Dont worry I'm not going anywhere you'll be safe I won't let anyone or anything hurt you, I promise."

Awh! How cute are they? I just can't the feels are too strong lol.
