POV OF LATVIA
Raivis was sitting with his close friends, Toris and Eduard, for a monthly visit to one of their homes. They were staying in the Lithuanian male's house this evening, and were enjoying a nice cup of tea.
Though Raivis felt a strange presence. It disturbed him to think that someone could be there, even if no one was.
"Raivis? Are you okay? You haven't even spoken once this afternoon. Is everything alright?" Eduard spoke up, the Latvian boy quickly shooting him a glance.
"Y-yeah! I'm okay. Nothing to worry about. I'm just... Thinking." He paused for a longer time he wanted to, which panicked him because the others got suspicious.
"About what?" Toris chimed in, leaning forward to hear the smaller male better.
"I'm not sure." Raivis said in a reply, sighing. "I feel like someone else is here."
"Don't be silly, Rai! There's no one here other than us." Eduard cackled at the small Latvian's thoughts, Toris hitting him in the shoulder blade for it. Eduard quickly shuts up, huffing.
"Its okay, Latvia, no on else is here. Don't worry." Toris says in a calm voice, his words sending all of Raivis' worries away.
Raivis smiles, nodding and looking down to his hands.
After a while, they heard a pounding on the door. "I'll get it!" Beamed Raivis, standing up from his chair and running to the door.
He practically throws open the door, seeing a peculiar guest waiting for him at the door. It look to be a human, but it was nearly white as a ghost, blood caked over all of its attire, some parts also ripped, along with an arm. Which blood was still spewing out of. It has eyes whiter than pearls, and groaned with a bloodthirsty urge.
A zombie.
Raivis stood at the door, staring at the lifeless being. He tried to scream, but no noises came out. He feels a strong force on his back, toppling him aside from the door. He looks back up quickly, the last thing him seeing is the zombie lunging at Toris, ripping through the skin of the brunette's neck. Eduard picks him up and runs away with him, the Latvian screaming in fear. The Lithuanian collapses on the ground, the zombie attacking him. Eduard turns Raivis' head away so he wouldn't have to witness such a tragic event.
Tears soak Raivis' face as he's carried away by his now only remaining Baltic sibling, him screaming Toris' name till his voice gave out. Raivis looks forward to where Eduard was heading, meeting face first to a window, Eduard crashing through it and falling to ground level, though they weren't that high up in their home.
Eduard holds the Latvian over his shoulder, looking for some sort of escape. He spots Toris' car, rushing to it and throwing Raivis in the passenger's seat, leaping over the hoop to the drivers seat, not saying a word. Eduard tries to keep his tears in as he pulls away from Toris' home, seeing the Lithuanian as a lifeless being dragging himself out of his house.
Raivis looked away as soon as he saw him, though Eduard couldn't get himself to loon away. Toris' neck was torn, and parts of his body parts were ripped open, making him limp when he walked in a weird way.
Eduard couldn't keep his tears in, and it surprised Raivis since he rarely saw him cry. But this was one of the occasions that would be necessary.
Losing their big brother.
