Team Legacy Original Saga Episode I: The Adventure Begins

Prologue

Hey, guys! I know that it's been a while since I posted anything on here. Last month I went on a long awaited family vacation with my parents to Italy and while we were on a cruise we all got horribly sick with the cold. So I had to take a couple of weeks to not only decompress from the trip but to also recover from the cold. Also I know the chapters I'm posting are kind of short but this is only the first episode and I promise you that there will be a lot more action happening in the next episode. I hope you enjoy this latest installment anyway. 

Long ago, when the universe was still quite young, there were five powerful and all-knowing divine beings known as the original Ancients. One was Gaia, the Goddess of all Creation and Life who was responsible for bringing all life to the known universe.

The second was Kronos, the God of Time, and the third was his twin sister and close companion Celestia, the Goddess of Space. Together they not only created the space-time continuum but they also created all kinds of dimensions and worlds and laid down the foundation for what ultimately became the Multiverse. The fourth was Azrael, the God of Light and the fifth and last god was Sakulroth, the God of Darkness.

Gaia also gave birth to many different gods and dispersed them all over the universe, tasking them with guiding all alien life and help them make the Multiverse a safe and prosperous place to live.

Many of them settled on Earth and became guardians of the planet and it wasn't long before mankind began to worship and deify them all over the world.

However, in her infinite wisdom, Gaia specifically chose Earth as the home base in which humanity would grow and prosper and would hopefully one day fulfill their true destiny – become the saviors of the Multiverse by bridging the gap between all worlds and uniting them in the ultimate fight against Sakulroth and his Armies of Darkness. And to do that, they needed special powers and abilities, and thus superheroes were born.

Over the last several decades, countless generations of superheroes had dedicated their very lives to protecting and defending the Multiverse from all forces of evil, and now... in humanity's darkest hour... a new generation of superheroes was about to be born... in the most unexpected of places...
