Marcus and I walked to Mr. Mikealso's office in bare silence, each footstep making a loud sound on the concrete floor.

Marcus knocked on the door and Mr. Mikealson let us in when he noticed it was us
I sat far away from Marcus because I am still upset and sad about his words.

"Sorry to interrupt onn you guys night but I need you both to go to this fair for a couple of days."

"Where?" I asked.

"It's out of town you are going home mr Mickelson gestured to Marcus"

Marcus' face was cold and I could see his hand shaking under the table, anxiety perhaps?

There was a moment of silence until Marcus broke it "I will go but Stacey and my best friend Noah have to be there"

I didn't mind since Noah was going to be there.

"Okay, it's settled. You guys will leave tomorrow morning and sorry for interrupting your night."

It was the next morning and I was fully packed, Noah went home last night to get some clothes for the trip.

I walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water and I was surprised to see Noah eating a bowl of fruit loops.

"Why do I enter this kitchen You eating a bowl of fruit loops?"

Noah chuckles "It's my favorite cereal."

"Okay Noah" I chuckled, caroline and Noah would make a great couple I thought to myself.

I went to take up a class and the only thing I felt on my skin was the cold fruit loop touching my skin" Hey!"

Noah laughed and threw another one at me.

I quickly found the box off fuitloops and started throwing it on Noah "It's on Noah!"

Fruit loop after fruit loop we didn't stop until we both ran out of fruit loops to throw.

We both sat on the floor laughing about the mess we just created "You know you shouldn't be so hard on Marcus. I know he hurt your feelings but he is trying the cope with his past and is anxious."

"I know but I don't know how to approach him I mean I don't want to give him a bad impression and he gets angry or his anxiety kicks in again."

"your right but," Noah stops at his words and takes a moment to himself.

"Listen I grew up around a lot of females and I'm half masculine and half feminine."

"So wait you are bi then?."

"No what the fuck?."

"Sorry, I thought since you're feminine I thought u might be gay."

"No" Noah laughed.

We continued to laugh like there was no tomorrow until Marcus entered the kitchen "What did you guys do?"

I and Noah gave a side-eye look and we started laughing again.

Marcus took up a fruit loop off the floor and threw it at Noah.

"You did not!" Noah opened his mouth wide.
