Lily couldn't stand being near Blaise after he fucked her and left. He took her dignity and innocence. She felt used and sick to her stomach when she thought about it. It was finally the summer holiday and she spent the first week at the Burrow. She was spending lots of time with George and occasionally Fred.

Both Fred and George started acting weird towards her on her last night at the Burrow. She was slightly buzzed after everyone went to sleep so she decided to take a shower. She walked into the washroom taking her pants off leaving her in a tank and her panties. Opening the curtain to the shower she sees George, his back covered in freckles and scars from failed pranks. He looks over and she closes it immediately turning red and embarrassed. She immediately sobered up from the embarrassment and ran out of the washroom.

She ran to the twins' bedroom, Fred went to Angelina's house for the night so she was alone in the room. She couldn't get his body out of her head, well, the parts she did see. She'd never even seen him shirtless but his back was so toned yet he was still such a lanky lad. He had a tattoo on his upper back, towards his shoulder. She didn't have the chance to inspect it more, she suddenly felt her face get red.

The door to the bedroom opened and she pretended to be asleep. Hearing footsteps come close to the air mattress that she'd been sleeping on she felt his eyes on her. "Pumpkin, I know you're not asleep. Can we talk?" she shakes her head which is hidden in the blanket. He huffed she heard him get dressed and then climb into bed.

"I-I didn't know that you were in there. I'm sorry, I would've knocked but I thought everyone was asleep." she finally muttered into the blanket. She looked up to see him looking down at her from his bed.

"It's okay, love. I know you didn't mean anything by it, your mind has been busy lately. It's your last night here, enjoy this before you leave for the cottage tomorrow afternoon." He turns and gets under his blankets then lays on his back. Lily finally falls asleep after a bunch of tossing and turning.

Thunder cracked and lightning lightened up the room. She sat up quickly, she heard cries from what sounded like two men. She ran out of the bedroom and found herself in her childhood home. Confused she ran towards the screams finding herself in front of her worst fear. Blaise Zabini and George Weasley are bound to pipes by their wrists being hit by the crucio curse by a faceless being.

Both boys were bloody and bruised, the faceless creature turned towards her as George was slowly losing consciousness. The creature floated towards her and George groaned. "D-Don't touch her." She looks over at him and sees his pleading eyes trying to stay open from the pain which broke her. In one swift move, George was crying out in pain as a huge gash appeared across his chest.

"Stop hurting him, please! What do you want? I'll do anything please just stop!" She wipes a tear that falls from her face and tries to look fierce with her handshakes in her pocket. The creature calls itself The PeaceMaker.

"You must choose, will you choose the pureblood? Or will you choose the blood-traitor? Only one must die, if you do not choose soon," Suddenly the floor opens up under the boys into a black abyss. "Or you will say goodbye to both." A timer starts ticking, faster and faster. Looking between the boys memories rush through her mind. She finally comes to her realization and knows who to choose.

"I choose...I choose George now please stop this!" Lily yells pleadingly. The floor under George closes and Blaise disappears. George's binds are undone and The PeaceMakers' face becomes clear. It was Blaise. His hand wraps around her neck and pins her to a wall. Her airway was being blocked, she couldn't breathe.

"You little whore. I knew you were useless, I only wanted to fuck you because you're hot. You're not special!" growled Blaise. George punches Blaise whose figure soon turns into dust. Lily rubs her throat and looks at George whose wounds have disappeared as if they never happened.

"Don't say a word. I just want you to know that you're all I need," says George tucking hair behind her ear. She doesn't think and practically pounces on him pressing their lips together into a passionate kiss. The feeling starts to dissipate and everything begins to dissolve into thin air.

With a loud crack, the thunder outside wakes Lily up. Her heart was racing, her chest was rising and falling quickly her breathing was faster than normal, and her hands were shaking. She looked around, she was back in the real world. Looking out the window she watched the raindrops hit the bedroom window. She looked up at George's bed, he looked so peaceful and perfect in his sleeping state.

Lily climbed up into George's bed, slipping under the sheets and curling up onto his chest. Her head rested on his clothed chest, one of her hands rested on his torso, and her leg was laid over his hips. She felt his hands embrace her body, she felt safe and complete. She fell asleep smiling at how her best friend made her feel, forgetting all about the nightmare.

By morning, Lily had turned onto her side away from George. She was barely awake when a hand brushed the hair from her face and wrapped around her waist pulling her close. She giggled quietly, "Firecracker, what are you doing?" She felt him smile behind her, she felt at home. She had never felt this way with anyone before and it scared her. She knew he would get hurt if he got too close to her, she was going through thousands of thoughts per second.

She did like Blaise, but she also liked George. One was a wanker as well as cold-hearted and the other was loving as well as generous. "I've just never woken up next to you like this before, it's nice," She turned over towards him.

"We should get downstairs, I leave in a couple of hours." He nods and she puts on a pair of shorts. The two of them went downstairs and the whole family looked at them weirdly. Fred was back from Angelina's house and smirked at the two friends. "What's going on?"

"Uhm dear, are Lily and you a thing?" asked Mrs. Weasley, to George. The two of them separated slightly, was there something? No, there wasn't there couldn't be. "Fred made it known to us that the two of you were cuddling on your bed this morning."

Lily froze, George could tell she was frantic so he placed a hand on her lower back. That's the only reason he would do that..."We aren't a thing, we are just friends. We were probably cuddling because we fell asleep talking last night." He looked down at her and she felt relieved that he didn't mention how she crawled into his bed like a little scared baby.

After a few minutes of awkwardness, George and Lily decided to make breakfast for the entire family. George decided to make the eggs while Lily made the hotcakes. "Hey kiddo, how's it going with the hotcakes?" he asks her as he steps closer to her. She could smell his cologne illuminating his clothes.

She turns her head and looks up at him as she places the last of the hotcakes on the griddle. "How are those eggs going, beanstalk?" She yelps and then giggles, as he picks her up over his shoulder.

"How's this for a beanstalk?" One of his hands was placed on the back of her left thigh to keep her up and the other plated the food for all 8 people who would be eating the meal. After he finished plating the food he gently took her hips into his hands and carefully put her back to her feet. With her arms around his neck, there was a brief moment. She admired the way his cheeks were slightly pink from the heat of the kitchen, the way his freckles were perfectly placed along his t-zone, and the way his lips parted ever so slightly when he was relaxed.

Fred clears his throat and the two of them pull away from each other. They set the table and for the rest of breakfast, she didn't make eye contact with either of the twins. Her leg bounced, she felt eyes on her but she continued to stay quiet. She helped Molly clean up the dishes. "When do you have to leave dear?"

Lily looks up at the clock which was hung above the sink in the kitchen. "Very soon, I think I should go upstairs and gather my things." She kisses Molly's cheek and heads up the stairs to the twins' bedroom. George followed behind her, and the two of them picked up her belongings and put them into her bags.

"I wish you didn't have to leave, Lils," said George, her brows furrowed and confused. George has never called her 'Lils' before, she just shrugged it off because he's full of surprises. She felt a hand touch her wrist which made her stand up turning to George. Before she realized it he was kissing her, she didn't know what to do.

Pushing away she shakes her head, "George...I-I can't. I'm sorry," she feels her heartbreak when he accepts it with a nod, she grabs her things and leaves quickly.
