"I promise,"  Soonyoung smiled while hugging a fragile Jihoon.

"You better, or else I'll cut off your fingers." Jihoon jested, and he let go of him.

Soonyoung laughed.

He reached out his hand to hold Jihoon's. Soonyoung frowned when he couldn't reach them.

"I can't reach you—"

Jihoon furrowed his brows, "What do you mean?!" he panicked and went towards Soonyoung to grab his hand. Only for Soonyoung to move further away from him.

"Soonyoung!" He cried out. "Soonyoung!!"

"Jihoon! Help me, hold my hand!" Soonyoung yelled, being pulled by a black hole.

"Jihoon!"

"Jihoon—!"

There. he disappeared. Swallowed by the nothing but pitch darkness.

Jihoon woke up in a panic. He grabbed his hair and looked around. He was breathing heavily nonstop. He was in tears. His heart ached.

"S-Soonyoung..." He stuttered. His eyes bawled.

He reached for his sleeping pills on the bedside table, accidentally knocking over some items and causing a loud noise.

A knock was heard on the door.

"Jihoon?!" The door knocked again. Several times until that voice opened.

Jihoon threw his pills and started crying.

"Hey! Wha-" Seungcheol ran towards Jihoon and hugged him. He rubbed the crying boy's back.

"Don't tell me you had a nightmare about him again.." Seungcheol mumbled as he continued comforting.

Jihoon shook his head, "Why... I miss him.." Jihoon wiped his eyes and looked up at Seungcheol.

"Why did he leave..."

Seungcheol kept silent and went to the kitchen to grab some water.

Flashback 10 years ago...

Jihoon got a call from Jeonghan, 

"What's up?"  "Huh? Check the news?"

Jihoon turned on the news as he was told to by Jeonghan.

"We found a dead body near Mapo Bridge, Han River. It is known to identify as a high school boy's body. Named Kwon Soonyoung," The reporter stated and showed the scene of two people carrying a body on the trench.

"Jihoon??!" Jeonghan shouted through the phone.

Thud.

Jihoon dropped his phone. He stared into the TV screen like his boyfriend would be alive again.

"His parents confirmed and are on the brink of tears. Poor, 16-year-old boy dies at the most suicidal rate place in Korea. Reason unknown." The reporter continued.

His phone rang. Notifications and Missed calls fill up the lock screen.

He turned off the TV. Not knowing how to deal with his tragic emotions, his head spun. His eyes were red. He was crying.
