Arriving at the mansion, Nymph is led to a big office. Meeting the head of the Mafia, she bows her head in respect. And he doesn't waste time chatting. He has an offer for Nymph. Protecting his daughter Layla. As she is his pride and joy, he wants only the best to protect his precious little princess. Not even 20 Minutes after agreeing to protect Layla Nymph meets her.

As the silence hung delicately between them, Nymph took a step forward, her movements fluid and deliberate. She extended a gloved hand towards Layla, lifting it delicately to her lips. Through the thin fabric of her mask, her soft breath brushed against Layla's skin as she placed a tender kiss on the back of her hand.

"Princess," Nymph murmured, her voice barely more than a whisper, the affectionate term rolling off her tongue with a sense of reverence. It felt right to call Laylan a princess, as she had always been treated as such. One could call her 'papa's little princess' and they would be right.

Layla's eyes widened ever so slightly, a subtle flush gracing her cheeks as she absorbed the gesture. There was something in the way Nymph regarded her, a blend of protectiveness and warmth that drew Layla in, captivating her in a way she couldn't quite articulate.

"Nymph," Layla replied, her voice tinged with a soft, playful lilt, "I'm looking forward to getting to know my protector."

Layla with her long dark hair flowing down her back like obsidian silk and emerald eyes couldn't help but be slightly flustered by Nymph calling her a princess. Even if she wasn't the first person to ever call Layla a princess, this time it made Layla smile a little brighter than usual. Something about Nymph and her reputation was making her curious. There was something about Nymph that was different, something that told Layla that this would be an adventure. Could this be the adventure she had longed for? The one thing she had wanted for so long now, coming true. Maybe Nymph would bring something into Layla's life to make it less boring. Having someone to talk to, besides a giant Teddy or books. Even a life of privilege and crime can get boring and reading the same books over and over again can also only bring so much joy into Layla's days.

It felt like every day was the same. Her father working and busy with something, and her mother is usually busy as well, leaving Layla often alone with her books. She enjoyed reading but still, it soon was boring as well. Even if there were new books, the overall stories stayed mostly the same. Only ever-changing scenery, names, and a few details here and there. Layla was just bored by now, longing for freedom or at least a little bit of an adventure. Something that she hadn't seen before, something new and exciting. Maybe someone new being around was just what the mafia princess needed.
