[Mission Title: Space Cut]
Yin's newest weapon, the 5th Divine key: Dawn of Ruins. It's so cold that it can decelerate the speed of water molecules at the molecular level. Capable of not only freezing water, but also creating massive arctic tundra storms by making a big heat difference between 2 regions of space. "Who knew that this was made from a Herrscher's core."
He managed to use it with ease when trying but couldn't use it fully since it could freeze the entire base. He then heard someone entering the training area, "Well I knew I sensed a familiar presence. Hey Eden!" he then greeted her with a big smile.
Eden beamed as Yin noticed her before she called. "Hello, Yin~ Have you been doing well with the new situation? It's probably tough on you with such a deadly weapon. It's a huge burden." Eden sighed as she spoke.
Yin shook his head in denial, "It's not a burden, I mean it's more like something I was blessed with to stay alive. This weapon can finally help me defeat 'her'." his facial expression never changed from his usual smile.
"That's great! I'm glad you can make use of your situation. Time is hard right now and we continue to lose more numbers as more Herrschers attack." Eden paused for a moment. "Eh, sorry maybe I shouldn't have brought that up, with "her" being so important to you."
"It's fine, I'm not really on speaking terms with my family, besides I get over death very quickly so it's natural." Yin went back to training, slowly swinging his dual blades. The sweat on his body evaporated due to his high temperature.
Eden noticed that his body was still exponentially hotter than even his standards and said, "You are still unable to wield the blades well enough to cool yourself down? You don't need to physically train yet if that's the case. I'm worried you may hurt yourself again."
Yin shook his head, he refused to follow Eden's wishes. His body was hitting its limits, his muscle fibers felt more tense than usual. "I'll be fine, you should go and do something with the others."
Eden looked a little saddened by his rejection but figured she would only bother him if she nagged. She said a quick goodbye and went to join up with her squadron for anything new that might come up.
Yin carefully watched Eden leave the training area, the thought of his sister as a Herrscher lingered in his mind, and he clenched his blades. The feeling of killing his blood made him smile something he couldn't control.
...
After hours of training, Yin put on his combat gear and left the room. He hurried to the command center to be part of the mission briefing.
"And where do you think you're going, test subject?~" Yin immediately halted his movements, he looked behind him to see Mobius.
"I'm heading to the mission briefing..." Yin answered with a light chuckle. Mobius raised an eyebrow, she couldn't even tell if he was lying or even telling the truth. "Hmm, heart rate normal. No external injuries. Not even a trace of Honkai Radiation... You're a rare specimen." She reached her hand out to the new member but her hand was burned the closer she got closer to him.
"Are you okay?" He asked looking at Mobius burned hand.
She raised her hand signing him not to come any closer. "Impressive. It seems your body temperature rises based on heart rate."
"Uh... Yeah. That's why Eden stayed far away from me. She felt the hear radiating from my body." Yin looked down at the floor, it seems his powers came with the curse of being alone. "Anyway I'll see you later." He quickly hurried away to the mission control room. Mobius watched the red hair leave her.
