Chapter 10//

JACK GILINSKY'S POV:
Johnson's over there talking to Ken. He obviously likes her. She's cool. And funny. And sweet but I like savannah. Even though she's kinda already with two guys right now so...

"Savannah what's wrong?"
"It's shawn. He's in the hospital."
"What?! Why?!"
"He... He got in an accident." She starts to cry.
"Come here savannah." I pull her into a tight hug.
"Hey, me next." Matt says.

"I can go with you if you want?"
"Yeah I'd like that." She sends me a small smile.

We drive to the hospital and she sprints inside. She was anxious.
I quickly caught up to her at the front desk.
"Hi I'm Savannah I'm looking for Shawn Mendes."
"Oh yes and who is this." The lady asks pointing to me.
"I'm shawn's brother." I knew they wouldn't let me in if I said I was a friend.
"Oh well, you and Shawn do not look alike."
"I'm his step brother."
"...oh"
Well that was close.
"I'll take you guys to his room."

The nurse leads us to an elevator we go up a few floors and then we here a ding. We go down this long hallway. She stops at a door.

"Here's shawn's room."

I look at the door and the number is 1738. (I'm sorry I had too 😂)

"Okay thanks." Savannah said quickly, you could tell she really wanted to see shawn.

We slowly walk in. Shawn is laying on the hospital bed connected to an IV. He was asleep.

"Shawn" savannah sighs and grabs his hand.
I couldn't help but feel jealous. I wish I was Shawn right now.

NASH'S POV:
I'm not a dick okay? Its just... She can't date cameron. Date anyone else but him. Just kidding don't date anyone else. God I need to talk to her.

"Hey can I come in?"
It was her, Ken.
"Yeah, sure, come in."
"I'm so sorry nash."
She runs up to me and gives me a hug.
"Hey I'm sorry too."
"I wish I told you."
"yeah I was being stupid about that. I'm not your dad. You should be able to date whoever. I'm just mad at him."
"Do you hate him?"
"I could never exactly hate cam. He's my best friend. We always fight."
"Good, because nash. I like him. A lot. And.."
"Oh shut up you can date him."
We realize we're still hugging and she looks at me and smiles.
"Thanks Nashie poo."
Really? Did she really have to bring that back?
"Don't make me change my mind."
"Haha okay."

CAMERON'S POV:
I just can't... Nash can't keep us apart... Even though we barley had a date I think we have something special. Well she's special. I like her. A lot. This is surprising, I've never felt this way.

We met up at the park across the street from the hospital.

"Ken!" I yell and start running to her. I know, I know my life is like a movie.
"Cam!" She runs up to me too.

And I bet you think next I would pick her up and spin her around but no that is not what happened. She actually slows down.. And stops. I keep running though. Just to have her turn around. Wtf?

"Ken what are you doing?"
She just runs.

"Umm cameron?"
I hear a voice behind me.
"What? You just ran over there?"
"I've been behind you the whole entire time." She starts to laugh.
"What the hell? Who was that then?"
"Probably some creeped out girl who thinks your going to rape her."
We both laugh and walk to a bench. She rubs her arms and shakes.
"Here babe. Use my jacket."
She looks at me confused but then smiles. I take off my jacket and put it over her shoulders.
"Did you just.."
"Did I just call you babe? You bet your ass I did." She laughs and nudges me.
"So.. Now what?"
She turns to me looks at me in the eye. How does she do that?
"Well we could go out on another date or just sit here and look at the stars."
"Woah cameron."
"What?"
"Star gazing? You don't seem like that type."
"I know it's just I don't want to go anywhere. I'd rather just sit here. With you."
She smiles and scoots closer. I put my arm around her and she puts her head on my shoulder.
"As long as your here, I'm okay with that."
I smile and laugh.

SAVANNAH'S POV:
I'm calling Kennedy. I need her right now. Yes Jack is here but I need her. Even though I was being a bitch earlier.

"Hey Ken?"
"Uh.. Hi savannah what do you need?"
She sounded annoyed.
"Well... Uh..*starting to cry* shawn... He got in an accident.. And he's in the hospital. Jack and I are here... But he's asleep."
"Hey Hun, calm down we'll be there asap."
"Thank you."
"No problem."
"Wait whose we?"
"Cam and I."
"Oh."

I said bye and hung up, I really didn't want to hear about them right now. Especially when I can't be with the person I love. Wait do I love him? Maybe I do.

"Are they coming?"
"Shit Jack you scared me, I forgot you were here."
"Ouch."
"I'm sorry Jack. Thank you for coming with me. Your a good friend."
