| CHAPTER 1 |

"They're not gonna get us."

"GRAAAAAAAAAH!"

Awoken out of her slumber, Gemini sprung out of her previous position and sat up, covering her body with the blankets that were spread across her bed.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Leo gushed.

The curly-haired girl held two coffees and a bag with the starbucks brand on each of the items. One drink was a mocha frappuccino and the other was a cloudy chai latte, inside of the bag was two brownies.

"Fuck, Leo!" Gemini gasped as she held her hand against her chest, taking deep breaths. "You scared the shit out of me!"

"Scooch, scooch!" Leo pushed Gemini over with her hip before she took a seat next to the brunette, placing her legs onto the soft bed and pulling the blankets over herself as well.

"Here you go, babe." Leo handed the mocha frappuccino to Gemini.

"I really need to take my key back." Gemini groaned as she took a sip of her drink.

"My key now!" Leo commented.
"Drink that up, eat your brownie, get dressed because we're getting breakfast."

"Mkay."

Leo patted her arm before jumping out of the bed, making way toward the living room to give the girl time to get ready. After finishing her brownie and drinking most of her coffee, Gemini pushed the blankets away from her body and got off of the bed.

Gemini wore an off the shoulder light pink cropped shirt top with nothing but her black panties with a few chibi kuromi's spread across it as her bottoms. Walking past Leo, she could hear the girl laugh at her choice of underwear.

'My breath reeks.' Gemini made a face as she smelt her own breath. She laid her bracelet on the sink corner before quickly shoving her tooth brush into her mouth, cleaning every corner.

After brushing her tongue she brought her head down to the faucet, letting the water pour into her mouth before spitting it right back out. Once she brought herself back up the girl nearly had a heart attack.

Gemini stared at the mirror, refusing to move an inch. Behind her was standing an abnormally tall creature that resembled a stick figure exactly. It was hunching its shoulders to fit into the "small" bathroom, staring down at the horrified Gemini. It had long black hair that hung over its face as its eyes were wide and red.

'What... is that?!'

Deciding to act normal, Gemini opened the mirror-cabinet infront of her to put her toothbrush away and once she closed the mirror the creature was gone.

"Oh shit," Gemini let out a breath of relief. "I still need to wake up."

'I'm just tired. I'm seeing things.'

"Who's driving?" Gemini asked as they neared her car.

"I will, Mi-Mi."

"Perf!"

Leo took the keys away from Gemini and hopped into the drivers seat. They were driving in silence while the music blasted most of the ride.
