Its morning. Abhimanyu prepares breakfast for Akshara and serves her. After sometime door bell rings. Abhimnayu opens the door. He sees a young girl looking scared and crying, standing in front of him.
The Girl : Aap Doctor hai na?
Abhimanyu: Yess
The Girl : Doctor, please mere saath chaliye na, meri dadi ke sine mai bohot dard ho raha hai
Akshara: Kon hai Abhi?
Abhimanyu: Akshu mai iski dadi ko dekh ke aata hu
Abhimanyu brings his kit and goes with the girl. She stays at the neighbouring house. Abhimnayu enters the house and sees a old lady lying on bed. He checks her.
Abhimanyu: Its a heart attack. hume jald hi inka operation karna hoga
The girl: Par humare pass itne paise nahi hai ji
Abhimanyu: Don't worry koi government hospital toh hoga hi na yaha.. ghar mai aur koi hai?
The Girl (starts crying) : Nahi ji, humara koi nahi hai
Abhimanyu lifts the old lady and the girl follows him. Abhimanyu drives towards hospital.
Hospital Scene:
Abhimanyu: DOCTORRR.. NURSE...
Doctor : Streture lao jaldhi
Abhimanyu: Inhe heart attack aaya hai. Inka operation karna padega
Doctor: Par iss waqt yaha koi experienced cardiologist available nahi hai
Abhimanyu: Mai cardiologist hu. Dr Abhimanyu Birla. Agar yeh hospital mujhe permission de toh mai khud operate karunga
Doctor (shockingly) : Abhimanyu Birla?? mai higher authority se baat karta hu sir. I am sure woh mana nahi karenge.
Doctor and ward boys take the old lady inside ward. The girl who was about to follow them is stopped by Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu: Don't worry mai puri koshish karunga tumhari dadi ko bachane
The Girl : Thank You Ji.
Abhimanyu : Naam kya hai tumhara?
The Girl: Muskan
Abhimanyu: Muskan, aao baitho
Abhimanyu calls Akshara and informs her.
Doctor : Sir higher authority ne permission de di hai aap please yaha sign kar dijiye.
Abhimanyu signs
Doctor: Sir OT ready kar diya hai aap please aayiye
Abhimanyu gets ready for the operation and goes inside OT. Muskan is crying and anxiously waiting outside. Akshara too is praying
After sometime Abhimanyu comes out.
Abhimanyu: Muskan.. Operation successful hua. Tumhari dadi ab khatre se bahar hai
Muskan falls at Abhi's feet and thanks him. Abhimanyu raises her up and cheers her up.
