Catastrophic clouds loom overhead
A man in despair, feeling empty
The pouring rain, a symbol of his tears
As his deepest fears consume him
As his demons haunt him
He longs for death to end the suffering
For life has left him nothing to gain
Left him only emotions that continue to tear him apart from the inside
All alone, he feels
He feels like there's nowhere left to hide
The demons haunt him day and night
Tormenting his soul, no end in sight
He cries out for help, but no one hears
Lost in a sea of his own worst fears
The skies grow darker, the clouds grow thick
They get larger and more terrifying
As the man's heart grows ever more sick
He wonders if it will ever be okay
Or if he'll forever be trapped in this gray
He stands at the edge of the cliff
Demons at his back
Negative emotions in his head
Catastrophic clouds, a never-ending storm in front of him
A man's life, forever heartrending
He wishes for an escape, a way to be free
But the clouds above, they'll never let him be
So he begins to look down
In his sea of sorrows, he steps off
Falling into the crashing waves
