I was crying my eyes out I can't believe my baby got shot I wanna kill who ever hurt him I hope he's okay
Shyla: you okay ray (rubs back)
Rayniece: No (cries) can u hand me my phone
Shyla: here (hands her phone)
I pick the phone up and called trey it was like 4am Ring....ring...ri
T: hello
R: yea trey (voice crack) Lucas got shot
T: He what, when, who shot him
R: he got shot 3 times me and shyla in the hospital now we haven't heard anything yet (cries)
T: look don't cry sis on Sunday me the boys will be back and we'll find out who shot him okay (sigh)
R: yea okay
T: ight I love you
R:love u too (hang up )
Shyla: what he say
Rayniece: he said they will be back on Sunday (lays head on her shoulder)
Shyla: that's good... I love u sis (smile)
Rayniece: I love u too sis (smile back)
Shyla POV
15 minutes later
Doctor: Lucas coly
Me and ray both stand up
Doc: well he is in very bad conditions but he will live (smile)
Rayniece: so can we go see him (smile)
Doc: yea u can room 217 (walks away)
When I turned to rayniece she was already at the elevator I ran to her
Shyla: you run fast AF (holds chest)
Rayniece: sorry I'm just so happy he's okay (smile)
Rayniece POV
When we got off the elevator I ran to Lucas room open the door to see him laying in bed he looked so pale
Rayniece: Lucas baby (touch hand)
Shyla: I'll wait outside okay ( touch Lucas hand and walks out )
Rayniece: Lucas (sit on bed)
I traced my finger over the features of his face
Rayniece: I love you so much baby Idk what I will do with out you I can still remember the first the day we met (smile, trace lips )
Lucas POV
I could hear everything she was saying but couldn't talk everytime I tried to open my mouth no words come out I heard her talking about first day we met we were so young I remember her falling off the slide and me picking her up kissing her hand and her knee and ever since then I knew I loved her I felt her tracing my lips I sat there there then finally I could open my eyes and talk
Lucas: b-baby ( squints eyes)
Rayniece: omg Lucas (kiss him)
Lucas: o-uch bab-y (hiss)
Rayniece: sorry shyla get In here
Shyla runs in
Shyla: omg Lucas I thought you were dead (hug him)
Lucas: I'm c-cool
Rayniece: I called my brothers they said they will be back on Sunday
Lucas: o-kay baby
Shyla: I'll go get the doctor (walks out)
Rayniece: How do u feel (feels face)
Lucas: I'm fine baby (smile a little)
Rayniece: okay (laugh) Do u know anyone that could hurt you or want you dead
Lucas: there's alot of people but we'll find out when your brothers get back okay
Rayniece: I mean we cou- (Gco)
Lucas: baby we will find out when your brothers come back okay I dont want you to get hurt alright me and your brothers will handle this okay (grab hand)
Rayniece: okay
Shyla and the doctor walk in
Doctor: Lucas I see your awake well u got shot two times in your chest and one in your legs and u can go home tomorrow
Lucas: Okay
Rayniece: baby I'll be back in the morning to get you okay
Lucas: yeah okay (kiss her ) I love u
Rayniece: I love u too ( kiss him )
Shyla: bye Lucas (hug him)
Lucas: bye shy
Next Morning
Rayniece POV
I walked in Lucas room to see him getting dress
Rayniece: hey (smile)
Lucas: hey baby (smile)
Rayniece: u ready (grabs hand)
Lucas: yeah (walks out)

Lucas POV
Me and rayniece got to the house and since my leg was hurting she had to carry me
Rayniece: baby your so heavy (laugh and push him the on the couch )
Lucas: Shut up (laugh)
Rayniece: (laugh) what do want for dinner
Lucas: anything u want (turns on TV )
Rayniece: alright
Later that night
Rayniece POV
After we ate Lucas and I took a shower and Lucas went to sleep I kissed Lucas and laid down I was thinking when my phone went off I picked it up it said unknown number
Rayniece: hello
???: Damn man I see Lucas is still alive I might have to try harder next time right
Rayniece: hello who is this
???: you'll find out (laugh) Goodnight rayniece (hang up)
I put my phone down and looked at Lucas I was so scared I laid super close to him and went into a deep sleep thinking about who the person was
