"this is ridiculous!" asha exclaimed. the triplets stood in front of sylvia's large portrait, what used to be where their mother's portrait hung.

"a lot of time is needed to complete a big portrait like this. sylvia probably asked someone to draw her portrait when father was still around. it seems like sylvia had intended on switching mothers portrait for hers." aisha muttered, her eyebrows furrowed. she was angry but didn't display it much in her voice.

"not only that, besides fathers portrait, she changed the other portraits as well." they turned to the wall behind them, that held more portraits.

"this is outrageous! why didn't she discuss it with us before hand?!" aida grunted, glaring at the wall filled with unknown portraits — other than their fathers.

"it's as if she's trying to get rid of our old home now that father is gone..." the youngest of the three sighed.

"the things she has done do not go against the terms stated in the will. she doesn't need to ask for our opinions at all."

"then does that mean we can't do anything about it?"

aisha was silent, meaning there was nothing they could do.

"this was bound to happen anyways. maybe she's trying to warn us, 'she runs this manor now'"

"a portrait hung up in the living room represents the status of that person within their family? moreover, we're still not of age yet. we must be careful." aisha sighed.

aida had an unsatisfied look on her face. perhaps she was hoping for a more comforting answer.

"Presenting

"Presenting...a basket full of—"

"you're not a kid anymore. didn't sylvia teach you gentlemanly etiquette?" aisha stood in front of her older sister, glaring at the boy who stood in front of them. carlos.

"aisha, it's none of your business! i want to be close to aida because i like her." he said arrogantly.

"carlos that's not appropriate to say.." asha said softly, her eyebrows furrowed, confused as to why carlos had the confidence to say such.

"are your actions in accordance with the status of an aristocrat which you boast so much about? if you do this again, i wont go easy on you!" aisha gripped the pointy scissors saying that last sentence.

aida stood behind her younger sister. quiet, unamused and bored.

"Huh? aisha, don't tell me you still think that—"

"Eldest brother!" Nemo called out from far away, cutting carlos' words off.

"our fencing classes begin from today onwards. the teacher said the three of us must be present!" he continued, his voice getting to a more appropriate tone the closer he got to the three.

walking next to him was his other older brother, sein.

"tsk, how disappointing."

"lets go, eldest brother."

when nemo and sein reached the group, they greeted the sisters.

"hello miss aida and miss aisha, miss asha too!" nemo smiled shyly.

"hello nemo, hello sein." asha greeted the two boys.

"Carlo we've been looking for you for quite a while"

"alright, i got it," the oldest of the six said, annoyed.
"then, lets play together next time, my dearest aida~" he walked away.

sein stepped forward, apologizing and then greeting the three sisters. "May the three of you have a good day."

"good day to you too, sein~" aida waved, asha also waved along while aisha just stared.
"good day, sein"

the three boys left, carlos questioning sein on what he said.

aida sighed, "if only the person who hugged me was sein."

ignoring what the girl said, asha raised up her basket full of flowers.

"so, will we continue?"
