chapter 2

Kaylee's pov:
Abby and I are making dinner while waiting for Mike to get home. I still can't get his lips off my mind I think Abby knew something was up because she kept looking at me funny. Hey, Kaylee are you okay? Abby asks oh yes I'm good I'm just super hungry just like how hungry the tickle monster Is I say as i begin to tickle her she laughs you know I love it when you're over here Abby says with a smile. Plus Mike is less mean when you are here I think he has a crush on you. I don't know about that abs I say as I ruffle her hair we finished making dinner right after Abby helped me make the table and then she sat down and talked to me about how she feels like she's different from the other kids at school. You know being different just makes you cooler in my book I wink at her Abby giggles.  Make sure you put Mike's plate in the fridge Abby I say as I turn on the radio I brought over as I turned it on Britney Spears oops I did it again came on and I started singing along to it cleaning up Abby realizes she likes it so she drys the dishes while dancing for a minute we forget about the dishes and start singing and dancing together all over the kitchen

Mike's POV:

Working at the pizzeria is weird and I had a weird dream about Garret being kidnapped so I ended up going home early I really can't wait to see Kaylee and Abs again they are two peas in a pod I pull up to the house and I see the kitchen light on I yawn and get out of the car and head inside I walk in to see Kaylee and Abby dancing they look they are having the times of their lives I lean against the wall watching them with a smile on my face. I've never seen Abby like someone so fast she normally doesn't like anyone.  I watch as the two lip sing and do a little dance battle Man this shit is too cute I think to myself Kaylee has brought so much light to my darkness the world feels right around her I continue to watch and Kaylee and Abby spin around one more time and my eyes met Kaylee's

As I turned around my eyes met Mike's holy shit did he just see me make a fool out of myself!? I can feel my cheeks blush oh mike I didn't know you'd be home early did something happen at work? No I just decided I needed to come home early work was weird mike said but it sure looks like you two had fun mike says with a smirk gosh how does the man look so fine just doing normal human things? I say in my head oh well we was doing dishes and one of my songs came on and it kinda turned into a dance party I say with a smile well I think it was real adorable kaylee and abs I think you need to work on your dance moves mike laughs and walks to the fridge to get his food
