Prologue

(As much as I like Bella bashing stories. It fit better that she's likeable. Any suggestions for a pairing with her though? Can be from Twilight or Teen Wolf)

Charlie entered his daughter's room with a sigh, she had been there for two days and he didn't like it. "I never liked you being with your mother, you had to be a parent to her," he started, "I just wanted you to be a child and have a childhood," he saw the first movements Bella's ever made by the side eye she was giving him—a curious one, not an annoyed one. "You had a stepmother, you would've loved her. She's Derek's and Cora's Aunt. She's been missing..." he trailed off. Bella had now turned her head to look at him. "Someone did something to their family years ago. They almost kidnapped Cora if Derek hadn't gotten there. Your stepmother had been in the house, but she's missing, and I don't know where she's been...or our daughter..." Charlie mumbled the last part as Bella now looked at him with wide eyes. 'I have a half-sister?!' she thought, feeling an emotion come up her. She felt excited.

Charlie startled feeling a cold hand on his own, he looked up to see Bella had now turned in her seat and faced him, "What were their names?"

"Your stepmother is Peter—she didn't have great parents and wanted a boy which is utter bullshit because Derek and Cora's mother had a feminine name. Our daughter Malia would've kicked that bloodsucker's ass for coming near you," Charlie grumbled, and Bella heard everything as her eyes widened considerably more.

"You knew?!"

"Bella, do you know how dangerous he was?" Cora spoke from the door.

"You knew too?!"

"So did I," Derek said, walking in.

"What was his gift?" Charlie asked.

"He could read minds, except ours," Bella answered her father.

"How do you know he wasn't lying?" Cora asked.

"Why would he lie, I'm his ma—,"

Charlie spoke up, "Did he call you his mate or bloodsinger?" he asked, making her confused.

"Bella," Cora spoke up, "You told me some boy acted like you offended him with your smell and tried to change classes. Was that Edward?"

When Bella nodded, she was startled when Derek's eyes turned bright blue and Cora's turned gold as they let out deep growls. She was even more startled hearing a growl from Charlie and saw his eyes became gold but with slanted pupils (Like Magnus Bane). "You're supernatural?" she asked.

"Yes, and Bella, sometimes a vampire comes across a human whose blood is so appealing that they want to kill them. If you were his mate, he wouldn't have acted like that. Vampire mates cannot physically hurt each other if one of them is human," Derek explained.

Bella thought back to her birthday party, "So Edward would feel an increased bloodlust around me?" she asked, recalling how she was thrown. Then her heart rate and temper increased as she remembered Jasper's expression...

"Yes," Charlie answered.

"THAT FUCKING 100-YEAR-OLD VIRGIN BASTARD!" Bella immediately swore. Derek and Cora startled while Charlie wore a lazy, amused smirk on his face.

"We suspect he may have had a way of influence and so may have the decision seer," Cora said.

"Alice? What about her?" Bella asked.
