Summary
It's the first day back at school for a newly 18 year old David Reyes, and a now 18 year old, Gianna Jimenez found herself back at school after transferring schools, due to many fights and mental health issues and being bullied.
A happy Gianna walked in the hallway walking towards her locker, she opened her locker and found a note, roses and a teddy bear. But who did it? Will dd express his feelings? Will Gianna trust him again?
"Gianna, despierta!" Her mother yelled from the restroom, flat ironing her hair. Gianna got up yawning, walking to her closet picking out her clothes for school:

A tired Gianna walked to her locker, after 3 periods tiredly walking slowly through the hallway as everyone were standing around in the hallway.
Gianna yawned putting the combination into her locker opening it, was card, teddy bear and roses. She slammed the locker going to the corner of the hallway. The speaker turned on, "Attention students and staff, this is a code red. Get to safety immediately!" The intercom went off. Everyone in a wave of panic running to classrooms.
Gianna made her way to the bathroom standing on the stall toilet, the door open and more people came in someone slid through the stall door that Gianna was in and it was DD, shots went off firing past outside the bathroom doorway. She moved so he could get on the side of the stall, she cried as he held her while she cried in his hoodie until they heard police.
The gunshots stopped, the girl walked out of the stall carefully, walking out of the bathroom. She turned her head looking to the right then the left. The man charged towards her she gasped and the man shot her. DD had pulled her back as her blood swept the floor
"No ma! Don't leave me." He spoke holding her hands, he picked her up and ran outside with her arms around his neck. "Help! She done ben shot!"
