Archers P.O.V

The last time I checked my phone it was ten at night. I take another sip of the vodka in my hand. I don't dare say out loud but think to myself Sorry El.. Only if you were here.

I just sat on the couch. Taking sips of the bottle of vodka Zac stopped me from drinking last time. I took out a cigarette and lit the lighter to just get interrupted by the door. The knock was quiet, as I heard the knock again I checked my phone to see it being midnight.

As I walked up to the door and opened it I was tackled by the one girl I truly missed. The one I let go. It's been four years since I've seen her beautiful face. Now here she is before me. I wrapped my arms around her holding onto her not wanting to let go.

We both stood up and held eachother. Her arms around my neck and mine around her waist.

"I missed you El."

"I missed you too West."

I smile at our old nicknames. She had a smile also, then it faded away.

"What's wrong?"

"You've been drinking.." She looked down quietly as she whispered those three words.

"El, I was upset at the fact I may of never see you again. I apologized to you in my head. I really did, and now you're here. So I'm sorry."

"How much have you drank?" She questioned quietly.

"Not a lot." I stated looking at her.

"Pinky promise?"

"Pinky promise." I agreed.

Then we wrapped each others pinkies around each others. I gave a small smile.

I closed the door behind her and brought her into the kitchen.

"So why are you here anyway?"

"I graduated. So I decided maybe I should come live back over here."

"Yeah of course you should." I gave her a grin and she returned a sly smile.

"Hungry?"

" Can we order a pizza?" She asked excitedly.

"Same old El."

...

"Why didn't you go see Liam first?"

"I missed you more. I mean after all we were dating.." She get quieter toward the end of the sentence.

"Would you like to again? Or should we have another food fight to help you decide?" We both give a small laugh.

"I'd like to actually." She meets my eyes.

"Which part? The food fight? Or dating?" I asked confused.

She rolled her eyes "Dating."

I took a bite of the pizza and she did as well. We were watching Netflix, some movie she picked out.

"West?"

"Yeah?"

Ellie's P.O.V

I figured he wanted to date again so mine as well tell him..

"West?"

"Yeah?"

"Well um so.. When you were about to say the three words to make me stay. Did you actually mean the three words? Or just wanted me to stay?"

Silence filled the room besides the movie.

"Because West... I don't care anymore. It's been four years. I want you to know.. I love you." I looked at him my cheeks probably red.

"I love you too El."

I turned my body so I was facing him. I placed my pizza on the coffee table. Grabbed his neck and kissed him slowly.

Then he pulled away and set his pizza on the coffee table. He got up and soon returned with a small object. Archers smile was meaningful. Then he turned the small object to reveal our photo booth pictures.

I could feel my eyes welling up with tears. Not of sadness but with joy.

"You kept it." I placed my hand over my mouth and sat there looking at our picture. Then I came back to reality and jumped onto him. Hugging him tightly.

...

We laid on the couch, me cuddled into his chest and his arms around me. How we used to. Then the room slowly faded and I was out cold.

••••••••Five years later••••••••••

Archer's P.O.V

They all ran around yelling and screaming. But mainly having fun. Little ones were running around, crawling, or sleeping. We had two baby girls; Who were twins the oldest of our soccer team. Ashley, and Emma.

Then we also had two boys Evin and Aiden. Evin was second oldest, Aiden was still crawling. Then we had another on the way. A baby girl if that.

"You got your little soccer team." She called out to me.

"Yes I did El. Yes I did."

Everyone loved them. Zac and Arden especially. They got back together also, they're considered there Aunt and Uncle now. Because family isn't just blood it's closeness also. A feeling I always felt with Ellie but never really showed it.

"Arden and Zac are coming over to see the kids." I told her as I checked the messages.

"Good." She says.

Still we barely said those three words, I can hardly remember the last time. I sigh as I look at her, but the sigh is not in exhaust, more of adoring.

"Elliot Gray."

"Archer West?"

I sat down next to her.

"I love you."

"I love you too." She grinned.

Then I leaned over and kissed her.

That's our story. The good girl who turned me soft. Made me stop drinking and smoking, she won the game. Although I didn't say I love you first. I was the first one to feel that feeling. Also to make matters worse, I think I loved her since the first time we had our food fight. I just didn't want to lose. But I now will admit it. The good girl turned me good.

But was I really the bad one? Because she's the one who stole my heart.
