Basically, Ray went to the human world with the others and they all went there separate ways deciding to still meet up on the day issabella died each year ( that happens in manga so there are manga spoilers).Ray not knowing what to do with himself chooses to try and blend in and do what other kids his age would probably want to do, so he became a hero and took on the name "izuku midoryia " as well as choosing to take on a new personality that's not his, so he could you know " blend in "
