Scorpion is seen running frenetically along a typical Manhattan street full of cars either parked near the street walks or with no one inside, just standing evacuated throughout the street, the creature acts desperate and incapable of handling all the destruction it's causing due to its big and grotesque features, such as his tail and a huge semi-formed claw instead of a right hand. It also reproduces some growls that have clear syllables and depth in them.
All sorts of police sirens are also heard as a significant team of cops and S.W.A.T vehicles follow more carefully the still not identified or clearly seen monster. Shots are fired against the creature from a distance, apparently causing no damage effect on it as it still runs without any clear destiny, only an uncontrollable despair, there is no danger on firing against innocent pedestrians since all nearby street have been properly evacuated and emptied by max-level security.
-Holy shit, what the hell is even that thing? - Says a cop to the other inside a running vehicle
- "You are demanded to stop! Right now!"; "Police team advisor, Stop right where you are!"; "Keep on firing!" - Are some of the quotes heard coming out of huge sort of speakers attached to the special team vehicles
- Too much property is being damaged - Says a lady watching the footage of a nearby helicopter from far in a full packed with officers control room
Meanwhile, more ahead on the track the creature is taking, a whole team of SWATS from in line and begin firing at it, Scorpion, without taking too much evident damage from the shots, runs completely over a couple force members, causing their death due to the creature's weight and also accidentally swings his tail against a female SWAT officer that causes her to violently be thrown against the glass of a side building, also causing her to die from the strong impact and lethal amount of cuts.
- Shit, we have deaths confirmed! We are going to need some bigger back-up ! - Says another vigilant control officer from another control room monitoring the whole chase.
An extremely fast being with clothing mostly based on black is noticed swinging alongside the vehicles in progress and throwing himself higher due to the swing motion, also doing a backflip at the higher point of the motion.
- Alright, now this is new ! - Spider-man says as he acrobatically swings after the still but now slower running creature.
He then lands firmly on top of a moving police car and shoots two webs from each of his wrists (where a pair of web-shooters is attached) to the back of the creature as he firms his feet on the back part of the car to create force to stop the menace, the cop inside the car then understands what move the hero is in for and abrubtly stops the vehicle so that Spider-Man can keep his feet in place against the back of the car and pull the monster to stop it, using the car as a support against the force of the beast.
- You son of a... - Spider-Man mumbles between his teeth as he is using a huge effort and force to stop Scorpion.
Scorpion manages to still make some steps, also slowly pulling the car spidey is using as support a couple meters but eventually stops, in pain and visually tired, making movements of abrupt breathing.
