The next day, I was woken up by my doorbell being rang. I dragged myself out of bed and yelled who is it, but got no answer.

I looked through the peephole, but I did not see anyone. I opened the door and looked around before my eyes settled on a brown box with my initials on it. Strange.

I picked it up and brought it inside the house, closing the door behind me and locking it. I took it to the table and slowly and cautiously opened the box. When I opened it, I was really disturbed.

There were hundreds of pictures of me. There were some of me closing the curtain, some of me walking, some of me talking to people, even some of me during graduation and during the outings that me and Alex had. Each picture had a note on the back:

I SAID LEAVE WITH ME!

It also had more of those fortune cookies, and each of them had the same message as before.

I dropped the box on the floor and called the police immediately.

------------------------------------------------

"Sorry ma'am. If you get any further information, please contact us." The police officer said as he exited my house. They could not do anything about it.

I did not see who placed it there, and there was no mailing address that they could trace it back to. They thought that it was a prank since it only happened once.

I wasn't convinced. Someone does not play a prank like that! Plus, I don't know anyone who would do this.

I was scared as hell, for myself, but also for the safety of everyone else around me. What happens if they find out and this person comes after them too?

I went up to my room to think about what I was going to do. It dawned on me that I had a stalker. Where else could they have gotten those photos from?

I thought about telling my parents, but then I didn't. I did not want anything bad happening to them or myself because I couldn't keep my big mouth shut.

I looked around, and then closed the curtain and turned off the lights. I didn't want that creep to get anymore pictures of me.

I sat back down and contemplated what I could do. Maybe I could stay up and look out my window to see if I saw the guy. I immediately changed my mind. If I didn't see him before, how would I see him now? Plus, he could hurt me and I'm all alone in the house.

I sat down and took out my cell phone. Who could I call. I forced myself to dial a number that I didn't want to.

"Hey, this is Alex, I'm busy right now, so leave a voicemail and I'll get back to you."

I flung my phone on my bed. I knew that he wouldn't answer, I just had some hope in him. My phone rang, and I jumped up, thinking it was him. My hope deflated when I saw the name Sarah displayed on my screen.

I answered the phone. "Hey Sarah" I said, with little enthusiasm.

"Wow, you're excited to hear from me. The girls and I are going to head out shopping. We wanted to know if you wanted to tag along with us?" she asked

I was in no mood to go anywhere. The thought that someone would be following me and snapping pictures of me and my friends was scary. I decided to turn down her offer.

"Sorry, I'm busy today. I have a bunch of errands to run for my mother."I lied, hoping that she would buy it.

"Oh okay, that's a bummer. Well I'll call you back later. Bye Caroline!" she hung up. I tossed myself on the bed and tried to sleep.

-------------------------------------

Over the next few days, I couldn't sleep. My parents and James would go off to work, and the doorbell would ring with another brown box. I got 4 more after the first box. What did they want with me?

They all had the same thing: pictures, notes, and fortune cookies. I haven't slept in two days. I feel like if I sleep, I'm not going to wake up, or I'll get kidnapped. I have been stressing over this, and it's just making me go crazy.

I really have to do something about this. Obviously the cops aren't going to do anything, so I have to figure it out.

By myself.

Hey guys. So the next chapter is right where I want it to be at. Things start to get juicy.

I will he updating in a few days, so keep an eye out.

I hope you enjoyed!
