"Was that Alexa?" I asked.
"Where?" asked Derek as he turned around and she was gone.
"Anyways, so then I'll come over at five then?"
"Yeah."
"Kay then I'll see you later." I hugged him and we walked our seperate ways. I could have sworn Alexa was there. I put my stuff in my locker and went to put on my roller blades outside. I know I know why would a girl like me ride roller blades to and from school? I just think its fun to ride them.
I got dressed into my girly sweats and hoodie and fixed my hair into a ponytail. I know, your confused. Why would such a slutty girl wear sweats? I wanted to be comfy on my date with derek, but still look good.
I always liked him, but I could totally tell Alexa would kill me if I dated him which is why I'm not so sure I should do this. Maybe something's going on between them. That would make sense cause she was watching us so intensely. I'm just gonna call and cancel. I dialed Derek's number.
"Hello?" he said.
"I can't make it."
"Why?"
"I just can't. I'm Sorry." I hung up. Then I called Alexa.
"Hello?" she said.
"Derek asked me out."
"Isn't that good?" she asked.
"No. Because you like him. So I cancelled."
"What?!"
