It was the throes of the great depression and everyone in Utah was in desperate need for cheap entertainment. The fourth highest employment in the nation full of transients, people looking for paying jobs in salt lakes and sadly finding nothing and eventually and ultimately moving on to California to find their fortune out in California. People were extremely tired and were hungry but as they were was one thing that could lift their separates and something that inspired two boys. William Afton and Henry Emily.

?????? ???????: COME ON FATHER We Gotta Go The New Traveling Roadside Attraction Has come to utah! Come on before we miss it!

Said a young boy dragging his dad with massive amount of enthusiasm and a great big smile on his face. The boy was also complained by his siblings two boys and a girl.

?????? ?????: hehehe, Slow down their boy, you know my legs don't run as fast as yours. I'm an old man remember.

Said the boy's father with a warm smile and a calm tone of voice. The man was around his 45. The boy was around 6 or 7 years old. Both the father and his kids had a strong bond. Soon enough both the son and his siblings and father made it to the roadside attraction called "Fredbear's singing slow". The young boy and his siblings saw the ads plastered all around the young boy and his siblings and father's town featuring an animated cartoonist bear in the style of the popular pie eyed cartoon of the old times. The bear wore a top hat and bow tie and the bear in the picture was dancing to a song playing on a gramophone. The bear of course resembles Mickey mouse, Felix the cat and Betty boop. It immediately said that Fredbear was a place where you could bring the family to. And the price, honestly to both the boy, his siblings and father couldn't be beaten. For 50 cents you could get food and entertainment as people watched the local trained real life dancing and singing bear perform on stage. Normally you would see dancing bears at large traveling circuses like Barnum and Baily. And tickets were a dollar and that's a dollar without food. But this was a smaller show like from the Vaughn Brothers or the Robin Brothers. Where the tickets were about 50 cents. William and his siblings and father found their seats and began to watch the bear dancing and singing. It had brought a glimmer of joy to both William and his siblings and the father was smiling seeing his kids enjoying the show.

????? ?????: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

William and his family heard screaming but some of the other guests couldn't hear the screaming over from their own excitement.

????? ???????: W-what was that?
?????? ?????: I don't know, you kids stay here I'll go investigate.

The boy's father got up for the seat and went to find the source of the screaming. The boy couldn't stand letting his father going in alone and went to find the source of the screaming with him. The boy got lost but did find the source of the screaming it was a young boy with pale skin, messy light brown hair and green eyes. He was also wearing glasses. The boy looked like he was younger than the boy. The younger boy noticed the older boy and ranned into the other boy and hugged him out of fear

????? ?????: P-please help me. They're going to beat me up and humiliate me!

????? ???????: Who's gonna beat you up?

??? ???????: By us!

Both boys looked up to see four teenage kids. Two boys and Two girls.

Bully #1: Well, Well, Well if it isn't William Fat-ton? How is your life going?

Young William: Well it was going well until you jerks popped in. And what's wrong with you?! Why are you picking on someone that is younger than me? Aren't I your target?

Bully #2: You're still are sweetie~. But we found out that picking on Wittle Henry is as fun as you are.

Young William: Yeah well... I'm just gonna take him to the tent so that way he can be happier after you four ruined it.

Bully #1: HEY YOUR AIN'T GONNA TAKE OUT PUNK INTO SOME STUPID SHOW!

Young William: I can and will. Unless you want my dad to beat you punks up again.

Bully #3: You can't keep hiding behind your old man forever. He's gonna die eventually.

Hearing that sent shivers down William's spine. But William took a deep breath and walked away with Henry with him. This made the bully mad and grabbed William by the shoulder and punched him in the gut while the other three were laughing their butts off. William was lying on the floor with tears and fear in his eyes. Henry was also frozen in fear as well but still tried to help get up. William's dad saw the four bullies and grabbed the main one on the shoulder. The main bully turned around and saw an extremely angry man and murder in his eyes. The other bullies were also terrified to see William's dad this angry before. The main bully tried to play it off by playing dumb.

Bully #1: Oh hey Mr Oliver Afton, h-how are you doing?
Oliver Afton: Did you just pick on a 5 year old kid and punched my son in the stomach? You better be honest?
Bully #2: O-oh come on Mr Afton. Fat-ton- I meant William is our buddy. We were just messing around.
Oliver Afton: Then why is my son lying on the ground and clenching of his stomach with tears in his eyes?
Bully #3 You s-see that was actually a accident.
Young Henry: Mr Afton Josh Punched him in the stomach. He tried to help me but I got him hurt.
Oliver Afton: That's all I need to know thank you young boy. Now as for you four... IF I EVER SEE YOU HURT MY FAMILY AGAIN. OH I PROMISE YOU YOU'RE NOT GONNA LIKE WHAT HAPPENA NEXT.
Josh: You got it Mr Afton! We won't cause again bye!

The four bullies scurried off like bugs and ranned off to their homes. Oliver took a deep breath and walked to Henry and his son to tend to them both.

Oliver Afton: You alright William?
Young William: I'll be alright. Can we please go back to the show?
Oliver Afton: If that'll make you happy then of course.

Oliver began to pick up his son and walked back to the tent but William looked at Henry.

Young William: Hey Dad can he come along.
Oliver Afton: Well then sonny would you like to come to the show?
Young Henry: Y-yes! I'll come!
Oliver Afton: Hehehe, then come on we still gots some time to watch the show.

William, Henry and William's dad went back to the tent and watched the show Henry's eyes widened with joy like it was the best thing he's ever saw. William noticed and smiled.

For that year on both William and Henry became best friends for a very long time.
