the man who seemed to be in charge, or in other words the one that stood out the most was in the middle. he had blue hair and hands covering his body.
"how the fuck can he even see?" you blurted out accidentally forgetting there was other people around you.
some of the classmates around you, and even some of the villains gave you a "shut your mouth" look.
"hey! it's an honest question! even if it wasn't meant to be heard.." you said trying to defend yourself, despite mumbling the last part.
you backed up from uraraka. disregarding your "side quest" of making a new friend. ironically you escaped to momo, grabbing onto her arm.
the only person you could actually consider a friend look back at you. you didn't catch her look because you were busy looking towards the villains. but if you had seen the look on her face you would have been in shock.
because you had never seen momo with such a disheveled expression before. and honestly if you had seen it, you probably would be to nervous to let go of her.
because the thought of villain in the crowd having any type of quirk nullifier ability hadn't even crossed your mind yet.
"there's no way! those can't be real villains. how could so many of 'em get into such secure ua facility. let alone a ua facility in general?"
momo walked up to front of the group where you once stood, and you followed behind her.
"thirteen shouldn't ua have alarms? why aren't they going off?"
thirteen was unable to answer momo's question. you could tell despite her helmet that she was confused and unsure.
"are they attacking the whole campus or just this facility? but either way if the alarm sensors aren't going off it means one of these villains has a quirk that's masking their presence. and they carefully chose an isolated facility at a point in time when a class was being taught."
"geez todoroki who knew the way to get you to socialize would be putting your life on the line.." you commented sarcastically. maybe this is your way of guarding your own fear.
he was about to respond before disregarding your comment and continuing his analysis of the situation. "even if they are fools for trespassing on ua property, they've thought everything out. they must have a sole objective in mind. but the real question is what that objective is."
