Raindrops hit your window as you were starting to fall asleep playing your favorite game, Genshin Impact, "let me sleep a while..." Venti's voice woke you up as you heard your main, venti saying his fallen voice lines.

You quickly went to your inventory to give him a fried egg only to find no food and most definitely no fried eggs, you groaned, you were almost done with the Valley of Remembrance domain and now you had no characters alive to complete it.

You looked at the time it was almost 5 and you had to go to school tomorrow. As well as help a shopkeeper put their stuff on their shelves to make some money.

You put a timer for 2 hours on your laptop since you couldn't afford a alarm clock. You got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush your teeth.

After that, you finally turned off all the lights, went into bed, and fell asleep.

You walked around your feet, seeping into the grass. It was night and as you looked up you could see all the stars. You were standing in the middle of a field filled with star flowers and cosmos that were glowing.

 It was a beautiful sight, and you wished you could just stay in the field forever, without school, without your parents, without anybody.

Your life was draining you, and you couldn't find a reason to go on. But for some weird reason, you always end up staying, you were tired, so, so, so tired. The only thing you wanted to do these days was sleep.

The only people you could relate to were not even real. You had no friends, you had no parents that cared about you, you had no one you could trust, you had nobody.

You could barely even make it through the day without being on the verge of tears. It seemed as if no matter where you went, you'd never belong, and you were afraid of that.

Maybe the reason why you liked Genshin Impact so much was that it lets you escape reality, even for a moment, and most of the characters were relatable too..

Oh, how you wished you could drop everything and just live in Teyvat, There, was no one to torment you, and it wasn't as if you had any attachments to Earth anyway. While you were busy thinking about your life, someone came behind you.

You couldn't see their face but you could make out blonde hair with a purple-white flower in their hair, oddly though, one of the petals was blue 'Weird.' you thought.

"You must be [Name]?" the voice sounded so familiar and soft... "how do you know my name?" 'Ugh, I'm so stupid, "how do you know my name?"' It's a dream, of course, they know my name! and why did I say it like that it makes me seem edgy'
