Woah! Madi thought as she walked into the library. There were a ton of people in there and she hadn't seen any of them before. Okay, This is going to be interesting. All of these people are here and at least one of them will spill to her what this is about, Madi thought as she looked up. There was Sky. Oh, I should go up to her, and prove that I can do this... Wait! If she knows I am here she will get me kicked out. Okay, I will just try to lay low and pretend this is normal for me.

"Hi, how's it going" She said to a girl who had their back turned on her.

"It's going great" The girl said sarcastically right before she flipped Madi off.

"Oh my gosh what's wrong? I mean to have such strong emotions even if they are quite negative,  something intense must be happening in here."

"Wait, you are in here and you don't know what is happening?"

"Okay, I'll be honest with you. I don't know what is going on and if anything is wrong I will try to fix it. But please... Please don't blow my cover".

"Okay, I will let you stay if you help me but as soon as you hurt anyone of us I am going to rat you out. Got it?" The stranger said to Madi with a newfound sense of power in her voice. "That corner over there, You see it?"

"Yeah"

"Okay, when Lucas calls three minutes 'till start you go over there and we can talk. But get there soon, because there could be some.... complications?"

"Okay? I will see you soon"

A few minutes later there was a whistle blown and Madi heard Lucas call 'three minutes'. then she quickly walked over to where the girl was and sat down. "Hi' Madi said, hoping that the girl remembered her.

"Oh, hi' The Girl Replied.

"So... Can you tell me what is happening?" She said awkwardly.

""Yeah... So this school has a deep dark secret. They try to keep it from any one who could exploit it... the school is enrolled in a Top 10 School's contest and if they get the top spot they get a $500,000 check that the school can put into and 'Educational' thing that they want. In order to win they keep the misfits in the library and they allow the good looking people and the well rounded people to stay out in the school area. The people allowed to know about this are the people in this room and the head faculty personel."

"Wait so not all of the faculty are allowed to know about this/"

"Yeah... It is sad, given that some of the students are allowed to know about it... but it is life"

"So, why are you allowed to know about it. You're obviously allowed to know about it you are good looking"

"Well, actually I'm considered a misfit. You don't think that, and I am overwhelmed that someone like you called me good looking, but this is all in the eyes of Lucas." The stranger sighed.

"Why is Lucas in charge, and why doesn't he think you are pretty?"

"Well Lucas is in charge because he is the principals assistant and he is, technically and contest wise, perfect. He has a few defects, like his insane rudeness, but if you want to hate him it is hard to find many reasons because he is low on con's"
