After some time the ambulance arrives and Murtasim takes Meerub to the hospital and the doctor takes her to the ICU
Murtasim:- meri biwi ko kuch nhi hona chahiye.
Doctor:- hum apni puri koshish krenge mr khan.
Doctors take Meerub to the ICU and  start her treatment, where he was not allowed to go inside. Just then Affan, Ramsha or Meerub's uncles and aunts come there and  Zaviyar had gone Abroad  , that's why he wasn't there

Affan:- kya hua hai Murtasim ye sb kese ho gayaa .
Murtasim hugged her and started crying
Murtasim:- pta nhi kyaa ho gya vo ekdm se aa gye or Meerub Affan meerub ko kuch nhi hona chahiye mai mr jaunga agr use kuch hua .

Affan:- kuch nhi ho gaa mere bhai sb thik hoga .

Uncle and aunt also cried and were surprised at how badly Murtasim was crying for Meerub and how much he cares about her .

Ramsha :- aunty uncle meerub ko kuch nhi hoga , aap dua kre hmaari.meerub kamjor nhi hai .
Just then the doctor comes there and Murtasim runs to him.
Murtasim:- ab kesi hai meerub haaa doctor,
Doctor:- preshaan naa ho vo khtre se bahir hai , shukr hai unhe goli lgi nhi bs chuu kr chli gyi ,
Murtasim:- hum mil skte hai .
Doctor:- abhi vo behosh hai jb unhe hosh aayega tab aap mil skte hai bs stress na de unhe koi bhi , vo panick ho Rahi hai shyd ,
After some time Meerab regains consciousness and now he can meet us.
Affan :-chlo mil lete hai hosh aa gya use .
Murtasim:- nhi tum uske chacha , chachi se use milvao , mai baad me mil lunga , vo unse nhi mili , use unki jarurat hai .

Affan smiles and  his uncle and aunt have heard about Murtasim,  they are liking Murtasim's behavior very well. Affan, uncle, aunt and Ramsha go to meet Meerub and Murtasim sits outside, Meerub is very happy to see uncle and aunt.
Meerub:- aap kese ho .
Uncle:- mai thik hu meri jaaan .
Tum btao tum kesa feel kr rhi ho beta .
Chachi:- kesi ho meri bchi .
Meerub:- mai thik hu or ramsha tum kesi ho ,
Ramsha hugs her
Ramsha :- tune to dra hi diya tha hme .
Affan:- kesi ho meerub .
Meerub:- thik hu ab achaa feel kr rhi hu .
Meerub searching Murtasim but can't express it to anyone ,
Everyone sits near her for some time and then goes out because Chachi had to talk to her  a little while alone.
Aunty :- meerub dekho tum mujhe glt Mt smjhna beta mgr , Murtasim tumhe bht chahta hai , vo itna bhi bura nhi hai .
Meerub:- mgr usne mere sath acha nhi Kiya.
Chachi :- ek baat btao kya tumhe Zaviyar se mohabbat thi ,
Meerub move her head in no.
Chachi :- fir kya msla h bche uske sath khush raho , lekin tum shyad apni anaa ko laa rhi ho , beta mgr tum khush raho uske sath .
Meerub:- mgr aapka or Zaviyar ka kya kasoor tha usne dukh to apko bhi Diya hai ,
Aunty :- kismat ke aage kiski chlti hai meri jaan , or Zaviyar chlaa gya hai kuch time me bhool jayega , sb kuch tum befikr raho mera bacha .
Meerub:- aap meri fikr naa kiya kro Chachi plz, vo mujhe harm nhi kr skta .
Chachi:- meri gudiya Allah tumhe sari khushiyan de ,
And she left from their ,
After sometime Murtasim comes with soup Trey  , meerub's eyes is closed
Meerub open her eyes and sit ,
Murtasim:- are nhi nhi tum utho Mt aram se bethi raho ,

There is bandages on her elbow,
Murtasim health ache after seeing this , his heart is crying.
Murtasim sit near her and place the Trey on side table .
Murtasim hold Meerub' s hand .
Murtasim:- kesi ho ab thik ho .
Meerub remove his hands from her hands .
Meerub:- hmm .
Murtasim:- kya hua baat nhi krogi ,
Meerub:- kon the vo log .
Murtasim:- the kuch log pta nhi kha se aagye .
Meerub:- mujhe yakeen nhi hota ki tumhare dushman itne khatarnak bhi ho skte hai .
Murtasim:- I m sorry meerub meri vjh se tumhare sath ye sab .
Meerub:- kitna acha hota agr ye goli mere sine me lg jati ,
Murtasim:- kyu esi baate kr rahi ,
Meerub:- kyuki tumse pichaa choot jata na mera ,
Murtasim:- aayenda esi baat muh se naa nikalna smjhi .
Murtasim is very angry at that time and he feed her soup and she silently having it ,
After two days meerub discharged but in this two days Murtasim can not talk to meerub , but he do her care properly.
In Khan mension .
All are left after saying goodbye to meerub it's night they both having dinner , meerub feels weirdness in Murtasim's tone because he can't talk to her in these days ,
They comes into the room ,
Meerub sitting on bed just then Murtasim comes and give her a gun , meerub is scared by his sudden step ,
Meerub:- ye kyaa kr rhe ho kyaa h ye sb ,
Murtasim:- tumhari pareshaani hi to hl kr rha hu , to pkdo ise .
Meerub:- meri pareshaani.... kya bol rhe ho .
Murtasim:- tumhe mujhse picha chudvana hai right , mai to tumhe apni akho ke samne kuch nhi hone de skta , to better hai tum mujhe maar do , yakeen mano tumhare hatho se mar kr bhi mujhe Khushi hogi ,
Murtasim's eyes are all red and teary

Meerub:- pagal ho tum ,
Murtasim:- haa tumhari Mohabbat me .
Meerub throw gun far away,
Murtasim:- kya hua maar do .
Mujhe .
Meerub:- mujhe kisi kaa kaatil nhi bn naa or mai kisi ko nhi maar skti , or naa hi esa kuch chahti hu .
Murtasim:- to kyu roj aziyat de rhi ho mujhe hmm kyu roj aajmaa rhi ho kyu kr rhi ho 
In flow he hold her elbows tightly.
Meerub:- ahhh meri baju chode.
Murtasim:- ohh sorry maine gaur nhi ki drd ho rhaa I m really sorry.
Meerub is just amazed , because he cares about her little things very much,
Meerub:- nhi nhi drd nhi hai ,
Murtasim:- lao mai tumhare bandages change kr deta hu .
Meerub says yes ,
Then Murtasim change her bandages ,
