Chapter 20

Sunghoon's P.o.V

I slammed my hand on the desk,dismissing the meeting. All the executives left the room. I rubbed my temples in frustration "Sir,the nanny called. Her and the children have returned from Bali.".

I leaned back in my chair "Where are they?" I took my tablet from her and scrolled through the new reports for our new product. Ever since the incident five years ago,I can finally focus more on work. But I always make time for my kids.

I will admit One 9 year old,two 7 year olds and three 4 year olds are hard work, that's why they spent most of their time with their nanny. Who's also their aunty. I never asked Eunchae and Hyein to take care of the kids,they decided that themselves when news of the incident broke out.

"Arriving at the mansion...they returned because it will be the triplets' birthday in-"

November 11th "A week,I know." The day I loathe with my entire being but also love. Or I wouldn't have had my three sunshines. "The new workers have passed their tests...they're all stationed in the warehouse and we'll decide when they can be working in the company." I hummed and passed her my tablet.

I stood up from my chair and left the meeting room. Time to go see my kids.

"Can you believe he's 47,he looks so young." The workers all nodded,I ignored their gossip and comments about me. I'm actually eight hundred and seventy five but we'll focus on the details later.

Don't be worried,Sunoo was seven hundred and fifty four.

I finally returned and I was ambushed by everyone's children. There are too many to keep count off,I just yell for them using their parents' name.

Finally my six babies came running towards me. Yoomi was old enough now,she was married to Heeri already. And I hope not soon to be pregnant,I warned him. He should wait untill she's atleast one hundred.

"Daddy,daddy guess what? I almost drowned [Max] and he cried." I hooded my eyes at Seonchan as I stood up. "That's bad and you know it." Max folded his arms and nodded in agreement.

He doesn't see his mom as often,I doubt she even wants to see him. Wait untill she finds out, Sunoo's dad has no money. She's never getting Max back nor coming near any of us.

"It was funny at the moment,right Sungjin?" I think you can tell who's my problem child by now. The triplets all stood up and grinned at me. Sungjin's bangs were covering his face,I haven't heard him speak since Sunoo's dead. He's a real mama's boy, it's too bad he's not here to comfort him anymore.

Sungjin spends his days with Aqua,the only person he can trust. Aqua tells me everything I need to know and I can read Sungjin's mind,but I know I won't ever be able to replace Sunoo.

Now the triplets "Sun-Bi?" She hummed,stopping playing with her brother's head "How was it?". "It was fun....Sungjin taught me how to swim." She grinned, flashing her chubby cheeks.

"Sung Yun?" He looked at me and continued slapping his brother,who was reciprocating. They loved fighting,Usually Jake and Heeseung Hyung cheer them on,which I do not appreciate at all.

"It was fine,papa....Seol,stop it." They continued to fight. Seol responded while pinning him down "Yeah,it was fun papa." I nodded and went upstairs. The triplets followed behind while the twins and big brothers stayed downstairs.

The twin of the triplets on my thigh,drawing on my desk as I read the report on the product testing. The other one,on my neck using my head to draw on the paper. "Seol?" He hummed,I felt the crayon stop moving on my head "Will you get down?".

He shook his head and continued to draw. I think it came off as a suggestion,it was a command. I took him off and placed him between my legs,he pouted and looked up at me "Papa...it's fun up there.".

I shook my head and twisted his head to look at his paper "Fine." He murmured. "Did you buy our birthday gifts yet?" I nodded,they all gleamed with excitement and got off my lap.

"Can we get them now?" I shook my head making them all sad. "Where are we traveling too?" Sunbi asked as I handed them their drawings "Italy...".

They all squeaked rushing to the couch. The door opened revealing the big brothers. They sat with the triplets on their phones. They always wanted to be around me,I understand the attachment and I don't mind really. They're probably going to sleep in my bed.

They've been gone for two days so it makes sense that they missed me. I engulfed myself in work to avoid missing them. But I realized how much I do actually miss them even when they are around.

As suspected,I was covered with children. Not in that way,get your head out of the gutter. Everyone wanted to lay in my bed,atleast it's warm after so many years. It's nice being loved and giving love back.

Seol snuggled closer into my neck. I squeezed his chubby cheeks, he's the one that looks exactly like Sunoo. It pains me everytime I look at him but I can't help but love him more. The kids are some of the memories I have of Sunoo.

And I'll forever miss him. There's no one but him for me.
