The Submissive has multiple endings which I explain and write down here!!!

The original ending is where Emily ends with Allie and becomes a part owner at The BDSM Training Academy, unlike the two alternate endings.

Alternate ending Part 1 where Emily leaves Allie and starts a new life with Allie's son, Michael Garcia, and becomes his Submissive. Also, she marries him later on and Emily becomes pregnant.

Alternate ending Part 2 where Emily leaves Allie and travels the world alone, trying to find her happiness now that she has her freedom from BDSM.
