Sarah's POV
Chapter 1: A Dance in the CourtyardThe courtyard of Andross glowed with enchantment as my friends and I celebrated under the twinkling stars. We were a group of princesses—Jane, Lana, Stormy, Alex, Mia, and me, Sarah, the crown princess. The air buzzed with laughter and joy as we danced and sang, each moment a treasure.
Amidst the celebration, I paused, feeling the magic of the night. "You know," I said, gathering my friends close, "we've come a long way since our days at Alfea School for Fairies. Lana with her water powers, Stormy and her storms, Mia and her connection to nature, Alex with fire, Jane basking in the sun, and me with my ice abilities. We became a family, bound by more than just friendship—we share the bloodline of princesses."
As we continued to dance and revel, my words lingered in the air. It was then that the enchantment shattered, my mother's urgent footsteps cutting through the celebration.
"Sarah!" she called out, her eyes wide with worry. "We're under attack. You must go to Earth immediately."
A sense of urgency gripped me. Without hesitation, I took my friends' hands, our bond of magic intertwining. In an instant, the courtyard faded, replaced by the familiar surroundings of Professor McGonagall's home on Earth.
As we entered, we found Professor McGonagall immersed in her books. "Aunt Minerva," I greeted her, my voice reflecting the gravity of our situation. "Andross is at war. We had to flee. It's not safe there."
Professor McGonagall looked up, concern etched on her face. "You cannot stay here in your true identities," she declared. "You will act as my children and join Hogwarts."
Days passed, and the grand entrance at the Hogwarts Sorting Ceremony awaited us. Dumbledore's voice echoed through the Great Hall as he introduced us—Professor McGonagall's adopted daughters.
"Now, without further ado, let us welcome our new students!"
As our names were announced, we stepped forward, the hall hushing in anticipation.
Dumbledore grinned. "Introducing our newest sudents!"
After all my friends got sorted they all got into Gryffindor. It was finally my turn the Sorting Hat settled on my head, and I felt a surge of nerves. Gryffindor! The cheers erupted, and I glanced at my friends, relief and excitement mirrored in their eyes.
