Izuku Midoriya all through his life was Bullied and Neglected for being quirkless and was branded which meant anything anyone did to him was leagal and at the age of 10 he was about to end it all as he jumped from a Roof of a building until he was saved by Captain America as he asks Izuku what he was doing and Izuku tells cap his story and when he hears it Cap is sickened to his core so he and his Wife Peggy Carter Adopt Izuku and Izuku's Past Celebrates when he's gone but Izuku now has a Good Family as Cap and Peggy make a Promise to Izuku to let him live a good life
