"Out of all the places, everyone decided to go to Juleka's place to hang out." Y/n groaned. It has been almost a week since Luka's childhood best friend came over and he's been hanging out with her more than with y/n.

"Come on in you two." Juleka smiled as she invited the sisters into her house.

"Mom, I'm going out to meet Monica now." Luka started as he left the house, completely not noticing y/n at all. When the door closed, y/n broke down crying again as her friends started comforting her. They brought her to Juleka's room where y/n explained everything.

"Y/n, I'm sure Luka isn't someone who neglects his girl. Yes, he may not have seen his childhood best friend in years but he certainly hasn't forgotten that his heart still belongs to you and not her." Alya comforted.

"You won't know that Alya, what if he is? I knew getting into a relationship is a mistake." Y/n sniffled. Everyone got up and gave her a comforting hug, reassuring she'll be alright.

"Y/n, why don't we do a K-pop random dance challenge to clear things off your mind?" Zoe suggested, pulling y/n to her feet. Y/n's other friends, including her sister were pleading her dance as y/n agreed in the end. The girls headed to the living room where Zoe and y/n choose a K-pop random dance video to challenge to. When they found a video on the television, they started battling to see who knows more choreographies. Little did y/n know, Alya was going live on Instagram where all her followers could see Zoe and y/n dancing, including Luka.

Meanwhile, Luka was with his childhood best friend Monica who was visiting from New York. They're parents were close in their youth days, hence making Luka and Monica close. However, when Monica turned 8, her father was given a job opportunity and decided to move out of Paris. Luka was upset for a while but the two still kept in contact even when Luka got his first phone. Monica was a natural brunette and had shoulder length hair. She had hazel brown eyes and was 2 years older than Luka. Like y/n, Monica had standards for men ever since her last breakup where her ex treated her horribly, forcing her to do things she didn't want to do yet. Her ex even forced her to stop communicating with everyone including her parents. After 2 months of dating, she finally ended things with her ex and moved on.

While waiting for their lunch to arrive, Luka was scrolling through Instagram and noticed Alya was going live. He clicked on the live and realized Zoe and y/n were having a little dance battle. Monica joined in to watch and commented, "I think I've seen these two before."

"You have?" Luka looked up. Monica explained how one of Zoe and y/n's Tiktok videos came up on her for you page and thought their dancing skills were smooth.

"It looks like the blue-haired girl is a hardcore K-pop fan, she knows almost every dance played, that's impressive." Monica commented. Luka looked back at the video and smiled.

"The blue-haired girl is actually my girlfriend." Luka shyly confessed.

"Oh, no way, I think you two look cute together. What happened to the other girl whom always asks you to prom?" Monica asked.

"Lexi, well, she moved back to New York and we haven't been in contact for a while." Luka replied.

"Do you maybe have pictures of you and your girlfriend?" Monica asked as Luka opened his gallery to show her a few pictures.

"Awww, the absolute cutest. She looks quite young too." Monica commented. "How old is she?" She asked.

"She just turned 16 last month." Luka replied.

"Woah, she sure is young, and really cute. I on the other hand still has not found my man yet, even though I'm turning 19 next month." She sighed.

"I'm sure the time will come." Luka reassured. As their food came, they continued catching up with each other while watching the live.

"You know, I would really like to meet your girlfriend, she seems like a very pure-hearted and friendly person to hang out with." Monica insisted.

"She has been ignoring my texts the past few days so I think I should make it up to her." Luka looked down.

"I know this bistro my mom used to be a bartender there, you should check it out." Monica suggested whipping out her phone and showing Luka the bistro.

"I took her there before, I'm not sure if she wants to go back there again." Luka say.

"I see there's a dinner promotion tonight for two, why don't you book a table for the two of you." Monica insisted. Luka thought for a moment before agreeing. He then texted y/n to prepare for tonight as he was going to make up with her for not spending a lot of time with her the past few days.

"Thanks girls, this was the best day ever!" Y/n exclaimed.

"Good to see you happy again y/n." Marinette smiled. Y/n's phone lit up on the table as she saw a text from Luka, asking her out to makeup for the lost time. Marinette saw the text and insisted, "Why don't you give him a second chance, I'm sure you miss him and he clearly misses you." Another text pops up, saying, 'Nice dancing btw.'

"Dancing? How did he know I was dancing?" Y/n questioned.

"Ever heard of Instagram live?" Alya asked, showing the broadcast that ended a few minutes ago.

"No way you actually did that Alya." Y/n widened her eye in disbelief.

"Look at the number of positive comments." Zoe pointed out.

"I guess he still does care." Y/n sighed, looking at the messages between her and Luka and typed back, 'Fine, where are you taking me to?'

"Have fun with your date." Rose chirped.

"Yeah, yeah, alright." Y/n chuckled as she and Marinette left Juleka's house.
