Currently a one shot, if it's popular and you guys like it I will make it a Series. Hopefully Angelia can get her life back with her new found power stuck in the presious fragments of time ❤️✵.1.Mʏ sᴛᴏʀʏ✵
I never really understood it. The selfish need to have and be the best, to envy others possessions and crave their lime light without knowing what lurks in their dark shadows.
Why did those people pick me?
"Angelina you are to be sent away to marry Count Eli of Carbasis," announced my father at the dinner table, choking at his words instantaneously my body froze as my eyes slowly scanned the room falling on each of my step-mothers' and siblings' smug faces.
"Father-" I tried to let out but was overrun.
"Oh! How wonderful!" Jumped mother Herlina. " We get to enjoy a wedding, our beautiful Angelia is getting married I'm so happy I could pass away!" She faffed.
"You're so lucky sister," lied Uma as she gave a condescending smile disguised as content.
'How did this happen?!' I panicked as I attempted at reasoning with my father. But with the commotion at the dining table caused by his news, my voice was diluted in their noise. It didn't help that I was sat furthest away from him either.
As he silently finished his meal and left without a word my step-mothers façade did too.
I looked to my sister who sat beside me, she wasn't hiding her distress at the news of my wedding. Even though it stung I couldn't let her see that I was also scared, so I had placed my hand on top of her's, hoping my comfort would reach her.
"You know the drill," said my step sister Gizelle as she took my plate and pointed at the exit.
Nodding my head I took my sister's hand and got ready to leave.
"Oh Gizelle! who raised you to be so cruel, let us celebrate with Angelina a little," my second stepmother Linda had smirked, "We've finally got rid of her,"
At her words my body instantly froze, my heart palpitating, my mind racing with thoughts. I wanted to do something, but I was too afraid.
"Just two more to go,"
'Mother and Darica?!'

The wedding bells rang as I stood at the alter with the Count of Eli. I remember thinking that his name was so odd Eli Elijah Ian Eli, how could my father let me marry into such a family, it just proved he didn't care about me, my mother nor my younger sister at all.
The priest had us exchange vows and without hesitation Eli had agreed to our courting "I do," he said with a smile painted across his plain pimpled face.
"Do you, Angelina Ortz take Eli Elijah Ian Eli as your lawfully wedded husband in sickness and health till death do you part?"
What a heavy burden. I recall thinking about what was going to happen to my sister and my mother now that I would be tied to such a responsibility. I don't want this, but I had no choice...
"I.."
Looking into the crowd I saw the conniving faces of my 3 stepmothers as they intentfully watched the movements of my lips, waiting for my departure.
"...do,"
That was the biggest mistake of my life.

The days had passed like always fading into weeks and that into months, the true feeling of survival nothing more or less.
I never did anything with Eli. I never got to, I didn't want to.
