I sat in the police station bawling my eyes out. they had found Zach dead in the boys bathroom dead as a door nail, his face blue and his eyes bulging out of his head his mouth covered in blood.
no one saw him since first hour the day before but most people thought he went home sick.
He was one of my best friends and here I sat in a police station the day of his birthday being told he was murdered the day before and left in the abandoned boys restroom. I was sitting with my other friend Jake and his face was as pale as a ghost, all the blood seemed to drain from his face as we heard more and more details. "Kel are you ok with all that just went down at the police station?"
"No im not jake our friend is dead the day before his birthday ,and im so upset and you have the nerve to ask me that how could you jake I thought you were my friend?"
" I am your friend kel and we both lost a dear friend and you know it !" jake stops kel and turns her to face him. Kel is thinking about what will transpire between them . Suddenly a crashing of metal becomes clear jake was clearly not watching the road as he drove away from the police station.
Kel screamed but Jake didn't hear her only a faint crashing sound of his head hitting the steering wheel and kel's screaming was drowned out due to the sirens.
