Hannah doesn't really have superpowers. She likes to go around trying to save people at least. Getting cats out of trees, finding dogs, splitting up a few bar fights. But nothing seemed to feel right when it all boiled down. Hannah wanted to do something amazing.

"You're a hamster, Hannah." Her best friend Grace, remarks as they walk down the streets, "I know you really are trying, but do you expect to be a super hero."

"No, I expect to be the best hero I can." Hannah snaps as she looks over at Grace, "It's not about being super, alright? Because super is not something I can do."

"Oh, come on! You are to super. You're super at being a person." Grace shrugs her shoulders, "And I don't see how that's a bad thing."

"Because I am like everyone else." Hannah rolls her eyes, "I'm like a regular girl sitting on the bench, I wanna be something Grace."

Grace lets out a sigh, giving up on talking. She was no good with words anyhow, even if she did try she could't talk to frustrated people. Though, she was the type to want everyone to be happy. That's when a hand grabs her, and pulls her into the darkness of an alley way.

She goes to scream, but a hand covers her mouth, and her screams only get muffled. She hears Hannah yell out her name and come running into the dark alley. Grace screams are muffled by the hand but she she still screams so Hannah knows where she's at.

"Let her go! Now!" Hannah yells, and she hears running footsteps, Hannah's body clashing into whoever has her captive. That makes the person let go of Grace, and she lunges forward.

"Son of bitch." She hears Hannah, and something falls to the ground. The street lamp on provides so much light, and all she can see is someone laying on the ground, and Hannah leans down, her foot on their chest, "Keep your filthy hands to yourself."

That's when her leg is grabbed and she falls on the pavement with a loud grunt, and what looks like a large man rolls on top of her. Hannah's breathing is so heavy Grace can hear it. But Hannah is keeping her cool. Hannah lets out a long yell, grabbing the man by the collar and her head goes up and bashes with his. He falls back, letting out a grunt and just laying there.

Hannah walks over to Grace, holding her hand out and helping up Grace. Hannah walks over and grabs the man, pulling him into the street lamps dim light.

"Well, you did it." Grace pulls Hannah over to streetlight, looking at the smaller girls bleeding nose.

"Did what?" Hannah mumbles, holding her head.

"You were a superhero." Grace giggles, "Thank you."

"Really?" Hannah giggles loopy, "Does that mean I also get the girl."

Grace smiles and taps her chin, leaning over and placing a kiss on the cheek, "Maybe it does."
