Minghao's body glistened with sweat as he gracefully moved across the polished dance studio floor. The exhaustion from his rigorous rehearsal was met with exhilaration, his mind consumed by recent encounters that had stirred his heart. Lost in his thoughts, he couldn't help but wonder about the mysterious girl who had captured his attention.

As he made his way towards the nearest subway station, he noticed a figure standing by a street corner. Curiosity got the better of him, and Minghao approached with a hesitant smile.

"Excuse me, do you need any help?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.

Jiyeon turned towards him, her eyes widening in surprise.

"Oh, um, no, I'm fine. Thank you for offering," she replied, her voice melodic and soothing. "I was just lost in my own thoughts."

Minghao couldn't help but be drawn to her radiant smile and eyes that sparkled like the night sky. His heart raced as he continued the conversation, eager to know more about her.

"Lost in your thoughts? Well, I hope they're pleasant ones. It's a beautiful night, isn't it?"

Jiyeon laughed softly, the sound like a gentle melody.

"Yes, it is. There's something magical about autumn evenings, don't you think? The air feels crisp, and the city seems to come alive with a different kind of energy."

He nodded in agreement, captivated by her words. "Absolutely. It's as if every step we take is accompanied by the rustling of fallen leaves, creating a symphony of memories."

Jiyeon's eyes sparkled with intrigue. "You have a way with words. Are you a poet or a writer?"

He chuckled, a hint of bashfulness coloring his cheeks. "No, not really. I'm a dancer. But I appreciate the beauty of language and the power of expression."

Their conversation flowed effortlessly, each word carrying a sense of connection and understanding. Xu Minghao couldn't help but feel an undeniable pull towards Jiyeon, as if they were long-lost friends reconnecting after a lifetime apart.

As the night grew darker, they exchanged contact information, promising to meet again. Xu Minghao couldn't shake off the feeling that this encounter was just the beginning of something extraordinary. Little did he know that Jiyeon's heart already belonged to another - his closest friend, Wen Junhui.
