You leaned against a tree right outside the forest waiting for Spider. It didn't take him long to run out the door with Norm behind him, saying he should take a spare like usual. Spider ignored him and ran to you. "Good morning, y/n. Where are we going today?" He laughed as he nudged you. You rolled your eyes. "I don't know. Where don't we usually go?" You played along as you both started walking. Suddenly, he ran to a nearby tree root and climbed on top of it. Making him tower over you as you walked towards him. "We should go to the Sully kids and befriend them. It's time to finally meet them after avoiding them for years!" He stated as he puffed his chest out.

"But there is no way of telling what they will do to you since..." You gave him a worried face as you walked past him. "Since what?" He questioned as he walked beside you. "Spider, you know. You're human and... slightly smaller!" You teased him before running away. He called after you as you started running. You knew you could always get him by stating he was smaller. It didn't take long for you to reach the clan with Spider still running after you. You looked behind you to see how far away he was. He actually was that far. If he stretched out his arm, he could definitely grab your tail. Not that he would actually do that.

As you turned back around, all you could see was a blue chest before colliding with it. Making both of you to fall down, with you on top of this person. You opened your eyes, which you didn't notice you closed after colliding. A familiar face staring back at you. "Nice to see you too, y/n." Neteyam laughed from under you. Your eyes widened as you heard him say that. "If it isn't
y/n make an entrance!" Lo'ak said as he walked to the scene he just witnessed. You quickly stand up, also helping Neteyam up. "Well, I guess you got your payback." Spider stated as he pats you back.

"What made you run in such a hurry?" Kiri asked as she and Tuk walked closer. "Well, y/n and I were joking, and she..." Spider started. Tuk wrapped her arms around my leg. You patted her head before placing your hand on her shoulder. "She called you small again, didn't she?" Lo'ak interrupt Spider. Spider nodded as Neteyam chucked. "You small boy." Tuk giggled before sticking her tongue out. "You wanna be tickled?" Spider asked as he approached you and Tuk. "Y/n will protect me!" She stated, looking up at you.

As the day progressed, all six of you ran through the forest and climbed many trees, reaching incredibly heights. Tuk sometimes falls behind because of her younger age, but never being left alone. Lo'ak and Spider racing each other to the top of the tree, while Kiri and Tuk walk through the forest. You sat on the edge of the mountain, admiring the scenery before you. It wasn't your first time seeing this, but it still amazed you. Neteyam sat down next to you, giving you a small nudged. "You never get used to it, do you?" Neteyam questioned as he looked towards you. You shook your head with a small smile. "It's still as breathtaking as if I see it for the first time." You say looking at the scenery in front of you, which had become slightly darker.

Neteyam noticed it too, making him stand up and reach his hand to you. You gladly took it as he pulled you up. "You know, the others are probably already heading home." He trailed off. You nod, knowing what he meant. "We should head home too, I guess." You said as you started walking. Neteyam grabbed your hand, pulling you back before letting go of your hand. "If you don't mind, we could make a detour home. I want to show you something, which I hope you find as breathtaking as this scenery." He claimed with a gentle smile and big eyes, knowing you can't refuse if he does that. "Sure, but we can't be late. My dad will ground me if I'm late again." You stated before Neteyam grabbed your hand, pulling you along with him.

The sky had gotten dark as you guys reached the place. Neteyam let go of your hand and thouched the plants surrounding him. The plants reacted to his touch, making them glow a beautiful bright purple. Your eyes widened in admiration. Here and there, the spiraling animals fly up. You quickly follow the same movements Neteyam makes. Making the whole area around the two of you light up. Neteyams looks at you as you move around through the plants. The plants make your skin shining purplish against the darkness. Neteyam likes seeing you happy, if only this moment could last forever. "Neteyam, this is beautiful! Thank you." You said as you looked at him. He gave you a gentle smile as he walked closer to you. "How did you find this place?" You questioned him. "I just happened to stumble across it." He laughs as you shake your head. "You can't just stumble upon this! You find this treasure." You stated as you make turn around.

"You know, as much as I want to stay here. We must get back before my father grounds me." You sighed as Neteyam walked next to you. "Or you could pretend to be lost, so we can stay here longer." He said a little nervous as he nudged you. You looked at him shocked. "You know my father will never believe I got lost in the forest! And I didn't get lost. We got lost together, or did you forget your family will search for you as well?" You said as he nodded at you, ears down a bit. You both started walking back to the clan, still talking about early. You two got quicker to the clan than you both thought you would.

"Promise me you will take me there again." You said standing in front of Neteyam. He nodded, giving you a reassuring smile. "Our secret place!" He said as you waved him goodbye before going home.
