*you looked up at Priscilla and turned to see a man.
The man was wearing a white lab coat*
Priscilla?...
Priscilla: don't worry, he's not "one of them"
His name is Joe
*in chapter 12, "the return of the escapers". you guys may have helped all the other kids or experiments, but all the scientists ran away before the cops arrived*
*he holds up a hand to greet you*
Priscilla: he used to work with me in the lab a few years ago, After we saw many experiments starting to fail and some even dying, we decided to start sneaking kids out of the lab. I would sneak them out and Joe would try healing them here. And then we'd try to find their family's.

[a little backstory on the lab]
They would scam ppl. Send links to people showing a well paid job in a foreign country. Later on, they would give them two choices:
1. They work for them, keep their mouth shut and do as their told
2. They die 👍🏻
unfortunately, Priscilla was one of those many victims. They threaten to hurt her and her family if she decline or disobeyed them. They'd also go to orphanages and adopt kids just to do experiments on them.

Joe: well.. before you were injected with TWI - the drug that caused your amnesia, they also injected another drug... H.YAD
Well I'm sure it's curable...right?
Joe: things aren't as easy as it seems..
