CHAPTER 12&13

{ ENTHRONEMENT CEREMONY }

“Fire!!!” Hyunjin screamed and started trying to put it out as Rose cried.

The fire was burning in every angle of the prison, and a lot of the prisoners were already getting burnt. Their cries of agony filled the whole place.

“Mother!!!” Hyunjin screamed in tears again as the fire started spreading on Rose’s body.

Yoongi smiled as he watched the fire he created, but his smile was short-lived when Joyun jumped into the place through the rocky roof.

He landed in front of Yoongi, and the first cell he ran into was Rose’s cell.

He gave the wall a hard slap, and it started releasing water.

The water touched Rose first, and the fire on her body went off, though a part of her arms got burnt.

“Mother” Hyunjin quickly hugged her.

The water washed through the whole cell, and the fire went out completely, but immediately it did, Yoongi ran with a speed of light to Joyun.

He tried pricking him with poisoned needles, but Joyun grabbed his hand and shook the needles off.

They fell on the ground and vanished, then Yoongi grabbed his neck, pushing him backwards till his back hit the wall violently.

“AHHH!” Joyun groaned painfully. His backbone surely got hurt.

“I’m the son of the only demigod in Goguryeo! I’m the only wizard who has ever survived a slash from the sword of hell! How dare you put out my fire!” He barked, his eyes sparkling blue as he kept pressing Joyun’s neck.

“Anger… won’t always solve… everything…your highness” Joyun replied slowly, and Yoongi smiled wickedly before exerting more energy on the pressing.

Joyun’s eyes started closing, but the intervention of another person made him hopeful again.

Kang came in and rushed to the scene. He snatched Joyun from Yoongi, and they both landed far from him.

Yoongi was about to attack again when Taehyung appeared and grabbed him.

“Come with me, don’t speak” he said, and Yoongi grunted before following him out.

Kang helped Joyun up, and he held him tight afterwards. He was looking so weak.

“He almost got you killed” he said, and Joyun smiled.

“I didn’t fight back because he’s a Prince”

“Even if you fought back, you wouldn’t be able to beat him” he said.

“But I wouldn’t get hurt like this” he replied, and Kang carried him in a bridal style immediately.

“What are you doing?” He asked weakly.

“You can’t possibly walk in your state” he replied.

“The dead bodies…..”

“The guards will clear them, just worry about yourself for now” he replied, and Joyun hung his arms on his neck as Kang started walking out, but he kept looking back at Hyunjin till they went out of sight.
