7:30am Sunday

I rolled over to turn off my alarm and it fell on the floor. i sighed as i rolled out of my bed, onto the floor, once i got up i picked up my clock from the ground and turned it over.

7:32

"DIDNT EVEN SET IT TO THE RIGHT TIME"

I slammed my clock back on my desk and i jumped back in bed as i heard a knock at my door.

"Who is itttt?"
"You better not be in that bed y/n"
"MOM PLEASE ITS SO EARLY I CANT DO THIS"
"Just get up already"
"Grrrr"

I got up again and made my bed, "wow i never do this" i thought. I picked out an outfit and i grabbed my shoes.

"Are you ready yet?"
"Yuhhhh"
I walked out of my room and i saw the utter
VISIBLE disappointment on my moms face
"What?"
"You're gonna wear that to church?"
"Yes, i am"
"You might get dresscoded"
I hit her with the most bombastic side eye before i walked passed her, grabbing my bag and headphones.
"Momma, wheres dad?"
"Hes waiting with your brother in the car"
"HOW DOES HE HAVE ENERGY?? HELLO???" I turned around and stopped packing my bag
"Ion know"
"Omg you're becoming me"
"Just hurry up"

I stepped in the car and we made our way to the church, i put my headphones in my ears and i listened to a random playlist, the drive was short so we arrived there around 8:00.

When i stepped into the new building i have never felt so unwelcome, i tried to shake it off though. I found a random place to sit and i just looked at my phone, scrolling through Pinterest and instagram.

"Oh hi there, you're y/n?"
"Uhh Yea how do you know?"
"We heard you moved in here recently" this pink haired lady had a nice smile
"Oh well since youre new here i guess you dont know that we have a place for you"
"A place for me?"
"Its kinda like school but its not"
"Girl thats not really helpful"
"know, here follow me"

We walked into this 'classroom' and it was basically set up exactly like a schoolroom but its bible study.

I sat in a random seat in the back since there
weren't any assigned seats.

"Yo are you new here?"
looked up to see a girl with blue hair that was tied up into two pigtails
"Yes maammmm"
She looked at me and smiled
"My name is Aoi, whats yours?"
"Y/n"
"Hol up lemme write that down so i dont forget"
"Being forgetful is crazyyyy"
"Can i have your number?"
"Bros trying to rizz me up??? In the first two minutes weve known each other???" I covered my mouth in 'disbelieve'
"Aoi i didnt expect this behavior from you"
"Girl shut up and gimme yo number"
I smiled and wrote my number on a piece of paper in my notebook and ripped it out, handing it to her.

She's friendly

"GOOD MORNING CLASSS"
A dude with orange and red hair stepped into the classroom with the most eye blinding smile ever
"SINCE WE HAVE A NEW STUDENT WOULD YOU LIKE TO INTRODUCE YOURSELF???"
"No"
"HELP"
Aoi hid her face in her arms, covering up the fact that she was laughing at me

I smiled and looked at the teacher "do i really have to introduce myself?"
"IT WOULD BE NICE AND LESS CONFUSING"
"Ight im Y/n but you can call me whatever i dont really care"
"THANK YOU IM RENGOKU AND WERE
HAPPY YOU CAME HERE"
Nuh uh why would a grown dude be happy to meet me
He clapped his hands together and he wrote something on the board behind him
He started explaining what we were learning about but i couldn't pay attention and i just looked out the window, burying my face in my arms and slowly losing consciousness
